This beautiful attic apartment offers over 50 square meters of space for up to 4 people. The apartment has: • 2 bedrooms each with a double bed and access to the balcony. • Living room with fireplace, sofa bed, smart TV, cozy seating area with dining table. • Fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. • Storage space for skis etc. • Carport at the house for car and mini-van The bus stop is a 2-minute walk. The ski slope ends behind the house.

Apartment in an isolated area in the beautiful Val Zebrù of the Stelvio National Park. Great for spending a vacation in contact with nature rich in flora and wildlife. Wood heating, electricity is provided by a photovoltaic system. There is no telephone connection in the area, but there is a Wi-Fi connection in the cabin, and there are two refreshments nearby where you can taste local foods. The cabin can be reached on foot or by jeep authorized for transit.

The cable cars can be reached in 15 minutes by car or PostBus. Cross-country ski trail from Ramosch. Toboggan run to the front door.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
