Staying with Barbora in the Alpine view in Walenstadtberg was simply amazing! The pictures of the accommodation speak for themselves: fantastically located in the mountains. Around meadow and hiking trails. It's also an experience for the dog. Barbora is super nice, always available and really takes care of her guests with all their heart. In an emergency, she didn't hesitate to drive to the gas station to get me something – that was real help in a difficult situation. Such hospitality is not self-evident! I highly recommend staying with her. Thank you Barbora!

If we could give 6 stars we would. The location is beautiful, full of wonderful nature. Ivana’s apartment felt right at home, had everything you would want in an airbnb and more. We very much enjoyed all the delicacies! Even with public transport its very reachable and Ivana is very friendly and helpful. We wouldn’t think twice about booking again.

Beautiful, 300-year-old house. Very cozy. Fantastic surroundings, away from tourist crowds. Extremely friendly hostess, always helpful, always available. Delicious, homemade bread from the hostess. Perfect place for a vacation with peace, mountains in original surroundings. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay with amazing view, this place very close to ski for winter time and lake at summer time! Sauna is a big bonus, unfortunately pool was closed (I guess because it’s not a season), but I would love to jump into it after sauna😅!! Place was clean and have everything you need.

Oliver's apartment is highly recommended! We felt very comfortable😊. Location The location is great! Skiing: the bus stops at the front door and takes 1 minute to the cable cars in Flims. In the afternoon you can still sunbathe on the balcony. 🌞 Facilities Especially the kitchen is really well furnished. No cheap materials have been used. Top appliances, great finishes and comfortable furniture in the apartment. You can see small signs of wear every now and then, but totally ok and so it's much more sustainable💯. The children's room was smaller than expected, but still totally cosy. Additional 🧖🏼‍♀️ The swimming pool and sauna are right in the annex. The use is - once you understand it (everything is explained and the residents of Casa Caglims are super nice and helpful) - pleasant and soothing. You'll also have the sauna to yourself. Everything is fine, and according to expectations. We had a nice Easter at Lake Walchen. However, you should be able to 🛵 cope with the noise of passing cars, motorhomes and the like. A cozy "sitting on the balcony" is more reminiscent of the background noise of Mediterranean street cafes :) The path to the bathroom and sauna cabin is a bit spooky and takes time. Nostalgia with pure patina. The kitchen is well equipped, which makes cooking fun. The bathroom is comfortable and leaves nothing to be desired. Wi-Fi is as described very stable, nowadays worth its weight in gold. There are some hiking/walking trails from the house, so the car can stay parked for a few days. Parking was also no problem as described. Antje is a great host.

We spent 3 days on New Year's Eve 2025. Three families with kids. We had a great time. Lara welcomed us warmly at check-in and gave us all the directions to better manage the house, including a stove, jacuzzi and Finnish tub. Clean and complete environments. Super equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Spotless and comfortable rooms. Various children's games and books for moments of relaxation; availability of Sky, Netflix and Disney+. Wood and barbecue available. Priceless view of Lake Como from one side and the mountain on the other side. Great location: quite isolated to be quiet and not to bother anyone but still 5 minutes from the center of the village; less than 10 minutes away we found a very well-stocked shopping center. Really great and recommended experience, to try again in summer with the possibility of also using the outdoor pool. GREAT

We had a wonderful stay as a family of four at Alessandra's place on Lake Como! The location is fantastic – quiet, surrounded by nature and with a magnificent view of the mountains. The house is perfectly equipped, very clean and we particularly liked the new bathroom. The garden is beautiful and well maintained, with a clean pool, barbecue and a playground for the children. The separate laundry room with washing machine and iron was also very practical. The property consists of a main house and a side house. We rented one residential unit in each of the houses. The second unit in the main house is occasionally used by Alessandra's aunt, who also greeted us very warmly and was available at all times. The contact with Alessandra was also warm and straightforward. We felt completely comfortable here and would be happy to come back. Thank you, Alessandra, for your hospitality!

Beautiful simple apartment that was ideal for us as a base for our daily motorcycle tours. In the yard there is a long carport where cars and motorcycles can be stored. We also enjoyed the pool and sauna area very much. It should be borne in mind that there is no air conditioning at high temperatures, so it gets very warm in the apartment. We had a very nice week at the place and would come back anytime. Thanks also to the host

Apartment was very good,very clean and warm like at home. The ownes very friendly,they give as something from the farm for free and they respond you for everything. I have it a bad luck because was raining every day but still the place was beautiful. I recommend it.

Renate was very warm and brought a delicious self-baked apple strudel and chicken to welcome you. She also wrote a hearty birthday card and made a little surprise. Renate was always available and gave us many good tips, such as restaurants. The house was very clean and well maintained and we immediately felt at home. We will certainly be back! Once again, everything perfect!

Seraina's apartment is in the old family-Engadinerhaus, on the first floor with a closed, fen-Austrian veranda. Finely renovated and tastefully equipped for 4 persons. Kitchen well furnished, location in Chamuech with Volg/Beck within walking distance, bus behind the house, Great garden with toys and barbecue area. Sparkling clean and good contact, trouble-free check-in. We would love to stay here again! And don't forget: dogs are welcome- thank you:)

We were in the ski holidays right now. It was beautiful, we all felt very comfortable in the apartment. It had everything we needed and the location is great. A few steps to the bus stop and then in less than 1.5 km at the gondola, great. Andrea is very friendly, warm and straightforward.

Claudia’s place was perfect for our stay in Garmisch Partenkirchen. Walkable to the city center where there’s many options of restaurants and also walkable to great hikes. It was such a relaxing weekend, I am looking forward to repeating it! Also, the kitchen has all we needed for cooking breakfast at home before starting our day in the outdoors. When we come back we will definitely try to stay here again!

The apartment is great close to the slopes and to the city center. Bruno is very hospitable, he is active in communication, he responds very quickly and is helpful. He is very flexible in arrival and departure time. We had a nice time, the apartment is small but equipped with all the comforts. The inventory is very complete
