Our stay at Carla’s was fantastic. The property offers a breathtaking view, with the lake, mountains, and sunsets creating a truly unforgettable backdrop. Experiencing it all from the comfort of the balcony made it even more special. The added amenities like the pool and jacuzzi were a perfect touch—super relaxing and just what we needed.

Sehr gemütliche und schöne Hütte in einer tollen Berglandschaft! Super Umgebung zum Schlittenfahren! Willy ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich um alles! Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

This is honestly the best vacation home I have ever stayed in, and we travel a lot. The pictures of the view don’t do it justice. We were in awe just staring out every window at the beauty of the mountains and lake. The indoor pool, sauna, and steam room were great places to relax and unwind, and even better it was private (you book the hour). The inside of the home was beautiful and the kitchen had everything you need. At first we didn’t have a car, but after seeing how high up the mountain we were, we went back to town and rented a car for the duration. Made it a lot easier to explore without having to rely on taxis. Can’t wait to come back.

Wunderschöne Gegend, traumhafter Ausblick vom Balkon auf den See. Das Apartment ist perfekt für 2 Personen, ein Auto ist allerdings ratsam wegen der Lage. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen, auch der SPA Bereich ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit unserem Host war auch sehr gut. Kommen gerne wieder!

Our stay at Sonia's house was very nice. We've especially enjoyed Sonia's flexibility to check in very late, she guided us to the house and gave us a short tour and tips for the surroundings. The view and the sauna+whirlpool are stunning and very unique. Requests from us during our stay have been answered immediately. We would definitely come back. Thank you!

Die Wohnung von Urs ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit Stil eingerichtet. Sie ist absolut sauber und es fehlt an nichts für einen angenehmen sowie entspannten Urlaub. Für das Auto steht ein Stellplatz in einer großzügigen Garage zur Verfügung. Gefallen hat uns auch die zentrale Lage mit der Nähe zu Geschäften und dem See. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren bereits zum dritten mal als Familie in Nicolas Wohnung in den Skiferien. Die Lage ist perfekt, die Skipiste ubd die Skischule sind gleich um die Ecke. In der Wohnung haben wir uns wie immer sehr wohl gefühlt und die Kommunikation mit Nicola und Patricia hat super geklappt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen. Gerade vor dem Bus, der zum Skigebiet führt. Zudem ist sie sehr gemütlich, perfekt ausgestattet und genau richtig für uns gewesen. Nicole ist freundlich und die Kommunikation verlief perfekt. Freue mich auf ein nächstes mal!

Soggiorno ottimo. Appartamento grazioso con tutto il necessario ed in ottima posizione. È stato un piacere soggiornare presso questo appartamento. La tranquillità, l'atmosfera e la vista dal balcone sono state la ciliegina sulla torta.

Wunderschönes, 300 Jahre altes Haus. Urgemütlich. Fantastische Umgebung, fern von Touristenströmen. Extrem freundliche Gastgeberin, immer hilfreich, immer erreichbar. Köstliches, selbst gebackenes Brot von der Gastgeberin. Perfekter Ort für einen Urlaub mit Ruhe, Bergen in ursprünglicher Umgebung. Highly recommend.

Den positiven Bewertungen der anderen Gäste kann ich mich absolut anschließen: Wunderbar ruhige Lage im Grünen und doch mitten im Dorf, der Garten mit Sitzgelegenheit ist Richtung Süden ausgerichtet, direkt vor der Haustüre eine lauschige, überdachte Bank Richtung Norden, ebenfalls schöner Blick auf alte Häuser. Rund ums Dorf gibt es viele Tiere : Esel, Schafe, Kühe, Alpakas, Lamas ... Die Austattung der Wohnung ist wunderbar und die Kommunikation mit Katja lief ebenfalls super freundlich und unkompliziert. Für unseren Kurztrip in den Bergen mit 8 Personen war das Haus perfekt geeignet. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Alles super beschrieben

我们全家都很喜欢这里，乡间的环境特别美，有牛、羊🐑，整片的草地绿油油的，还有远处的雪山，这种风光在城市里是无法享受的。 女主人很热情，提前在院子里等着我们。 房子很大，足够我们活动，如果是冬天，烧着柴火，感受德国的乡村氛围，一定很开心。 这里地段不错，离新天鹅堡只有半小时车程，来去很方便，附近的镇子开车大概7min，有Aldi超市和加油站，需要补给也十分方便，关键是小镇的建筑也很美，很干净。

We didn’t want to leave……. It is hard to sum up just how amazing this stay has been. Right from the moment we arrived we had a warm welcome from Vicky. Detailed instructions upon arrival and we felt every need had been thought about and catered for. We arrived late in the evening and when we awoke it was to a breath taking Mountain View. The outdoor space was beautiful, our 3 boys were out there everyday and loved the freedom. By the end of our stay we felt like we were staying with friends and didn’t want to leave this piece of paradise. This is a well equipped accommodation with everything you could need. Even first aid and local maps. We miss this place and these people already and can’t wait to go back. Vicky we can’t thank you enough for your warmth, kindness and hospitality.

Wir waren rundherum zufrieden und hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt-wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Olivers Wohnung ist absolut zu empfehlen! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt 😊. Lage Die Lage ist top! Skifahren: der Bus hält vor der Haustür und braucht 1 Minute zu den Bergbahnen in Flims. Am Nachmittag kann man sich auf dem Balkon noch sonnen. 🌞 Ausstattung Besonders die Küche ist wirklich toll eingerichtet. Es sind keine günstigen Materialien verwendet worden. Top Geräte, tolle Oberflächen und komfortable Möbel im Apartment. Man sieht ab und an kleine Gebrauchsspuren, aber völlig ok und so ist es viel nachhaltiger 💯. Das Kinderzimmer war kleiner als erwartet, aber trotzdem total gemütlich. Zusätzliches 🧖🏼‍♀️ Das Schwimmbad und die Sauna sind direkt im Nebenhaus. Die Nutzung ist - wenn man es einmal verstanden hat (es ist alles erklärt und die Bewohner*innen der Casa Caglims sind total nett und hilfsbereit) - angenehm und wohltuend. Man hat die Sauna dann auch für sich. Wissenswertes 💡 1. Der Skikeller hat keine Trockenstäbe für die Schuhe. Kein Drama, nur gut es vorher

Tolle Aussicht und der Pool (den wir im Oktober wegen des Wetters nicht mehr nutzen konnten) sind ein Traum. Paola ist ein Traum Host und immer zu erreichen und hatte gleich zu Beginn viele Tipps. Einkaufen ist im Ort leider nicht möglich, dh man muss entweder in kleineren Läden was kaufen (sofern man einen Parkplatz findet) oder muss zurück nach Como. Ansonsten kann man für ein paar Wanderungen auch direkt am Appartment starten. Restaurants gibt es im Ort oder in nahegelegenen Dörfern sofern man einen Parkplatz findet - was leider selbst im Oktober (auch wegen Baustellen) ein Thema war

We had a great stay at Daniel's apartment in Flims over Easter. Daniel is a superb host who is very friendly, communicative and goes out of his way to make you feel at home (he even provided Easter chocolate for us on arrival, which was a nice touch!). The apartment itself was clean, well-located and was equipped with all the amenities we needed for the weekend. The incredible mountain views from the balcony were definitely a highlight, and the top-class pool/sauna facilities were great for unwinding after a long day of hiking. I would 100% recommend Daniel's if visiting Flims or the surrounding areas in Graubünden.

We had the best time at Anna’s it was the perfect spot for our group. Her place was spacious and clean with gorgeous views of the lake. The walking path was right out the door and lead to some yummy restaurants. The Ferry station for the boats was right where the walking path ends, about 5-8 mins walk from the apartment. We have no complaints. We had the best time!!

Abbiamo passato 3 giorni a cavallo di capodanno 2025. Tre famiglie con bambini. Siamo stati benissimo. Lara ci ha accolto cordialmente al check-in e ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni per gestire al meglio la casa, compresi stufa, jacuzzi e tinozza finlandese. Ambienti puliti e completi di tutto. Cucina e bagni super accessoriati. Camere impeccabili e confortevoli. Vari giochi per bambini e libri per momenti di relax; disponibilità di Sky, Netflix e Disney+. Legna e barbecue a disposizione. Vista impagabile sul lago di Como da un versante e sulla montagna dall’altro lato. Posizione ottima: abbastanza isolati per stare tranquilli e non dare fastidio a nessuno ma comunque a 5 minuti dal centro del paese; a meno di 10 minuti abbiamo trovato un centro commerciale molto fornito. Esperienza davvero ottima e consigliata, da riprovare d’estate con la possibilità di utilizzare anche la piscina esterna. OTTIMO

Reibungslose Ankunft, die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann. Schwimmbad und Sauna im UG wurden von den Kindern abends gerne genutzt. Gerne wieder...

Très bel emplacement au lac de Côme. La vue terrasse sur le lac est très apaisante et l'appartement est très spacieux et confortable. La grande piscine est idéale pour se rafraîchir et assez grande pour nager. Un grand merci à Debora pour son accueil chaleureux. Nous recommandons le logement.
