Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Samara Beach

Right in the heart of a wild Reserve, with beautiful birds flying round as you relax by the pool with freshly made juice in hand and your jumbo shrimp on the bbq. What more could you want? Walk 10min and your on an epic surf beach, Playa Camaronal. Most consistent in the region and very few people ever on it. Drive further and you have the most secluded peaceful beaches where turtles lay their eggs at night (4x4 recommend ). Drive 10min the opposite direction and your on a huge white beach lined with shady palm trees; Playa Carrillo is a local favorite on the weekends but empty all week. Dayana was an amazing host, she was so quick to respond and bring anything we needed to the property. Didn't need much as the place was impressively kitted out. She had loads of suggestions where to go and was super understanding of our needs with a 16month old. Perfect place for kids in the gated compound. You can even rent all 3 flats so the whole family are together.

Loved our stay. Very private. Felt safe and secure. Great home with everything you need for a great stay and to feel at home. Shower had hot water and the water is filtered and wonderful to drink. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The home was clean and comfortable. The pool was great to cool off in the afternoons and the outdoor shower was lovely too. Sunrise cafe and la Luna in town are walkable and delicious. Easy walk to the beach. You need a 4x4 to navigate the roads everywhere in Costa Rica.

Very clean accommodation with beautiful pool. Finding the place was difficult and unfortunately despite sending a message I didn't get any response. We finally saw a gentleman in the place that appeared to us to be Casa Abundia and phew it was the case, Javier welcomed us. I don't think we were expected… but after that everything went really well! I suggest specifying how to get there.

Had a great stay in Yusara. It was quiet, private, clean, and peaceful. Loved the big floor to ceiling windows next to the bed!

Esperanza was a wonderful host! The spot was beautiful and only a 10 minute walk from Playa Pelada. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here for 4 nights and absolutely loved it! Can’t beat the view while also having proximity to the beach and the great towns of Puerto Carrillo and Sámara. We spent 2 hours one evening watching the moneys from our room which was a great time. The place itself is clean and spacious. And our hosts were very friendly and helpful!

We stayed in one of three bungalows. Very recent construction. Very high quality. Beautiful landscaping and a lovely pool. The living/dining room is a terrace overlooking the jungle below. Very calm and very private. A wonderful experience!

We had a very good experience, and enjoyed our stay. The house is as described and the photos are very accurate. It is a peaceful surrounding, and we heard and saw a lot of howler monkeys while relaxing on the patio and swimming. We traveled with our young daughter and would just note for families with younger children that the bedroom suite is upstairs, with the entrance and 2nd bedroom on the ground level. the drive is steep but doable. overall highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home! The view from the patio is absolutely spectacular — we spent hours just watching the clouds roll over the mountains, spotting birds and wildlife right from the comfort of our chairs. The home was spotless and clearly well cared for, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment we arrived. One of the highlights was the thoughtful welcome basket with fresh fruit and local coffee. We arrived just before a big storm rolled in and didn’t have time to stop for supplies, so having those essentials waiting for us in the kitchen was a huge relief and incredibly appreciated. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic escape. We would absolutely stay here again!

Casa Morpho exceeded our expectations. With a spacious kitchen and great room overlooking the back patio, pool, and backyard, as well as three comfortable bedrooms with air conditioning, the accommodations were excellent for our five-night stay in Samara. (A fourth bedroom / office adjoins the great room and does not currently have air conditioning or window blinds.) Seeing and hearing howler monkeys was awesome; they enjoyed visiting the mango tree on a couple of occasions during our stay. When we requested that a couple of light bulbs be replaced, the hosts quickly responded and took care of the issue. Our only minor gripe was that water pressure was low in the shower in the upstairs bathroom. Also, listen to the hosts when they say you should have an all-wheel or four-wheel drive vehicle to get up the steep driveway! Our vehicle did not have four-wheel drive and we had to park at the top of the driveway. All in all, it was a great stay, and we would stay at Casa Morpho again.

We were looking for a quiet place for a getaway - and the village and house were perfect. The highlight for our kids was the trampolinie and pool. We spent more time at the house than the beach that was very close because the kids were happy. We value communication and information, and the hosts communicated before and throughout our stay whenever we had questions. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and my wife has said, "We need to do this more often!" That's a win in my book!

We had a great time, everything was perfect.We loved the pool and the casita was perfect for my 25 years old daughter. The view was incredible. There was construction near by but it wasn’t loud. It didn’t affect our vacation. I loved the kitchen, it was really well equipped! We highly recommend La Caza de Paz and we would come back for sure!

A very beautiful house that has privacy in the jungle canopy. It is esthetically pleasing and all of the amenities worked well and were lovely to use. No TV or microwave, but all other amenities are there. WiFi worked great. Only went out super quick a couple times. One quick power outage. To be expected in this country and area. Didn’t bother us a bit. I agree the road below can be loud during busy times but we so enjoyed the pool and deck for several hours a day and evening. Howler monkeys sleep in the trees on the property and are so fun to watch. You must have a 4x4 SUV to get through rough roads high grades and loose gravel. The drive is steep and difficult to get up without the proper SUV. The management was extremely helpful and responsive with any issues or questions we had. The roads coming in at dark at night. They had someone to help us find the place right when we were arriving!! We loved this place and will stay again

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house exceeded our expectations in terms of seclusion and privacy—it felt like a true retreat in the heart of the jungle. The peaceful atmosphere and the natural surroundings made for a truly serene experience. The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants and beaches just a short drive away. We spent hours on the porch, soaking in the sights and sounds of nature. A highlight was definitely watching the howler monkeys play in the trees right from the porch—what a magical experience! One small note: while the listing mentions a washer and dryer in the unit, they are not available. However, the host is happy to offer a laundry service by picking up and washing your clothes. Hensell was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond, ensuring our stay was as smooth as possible.

Not much to add beyond the countless rave reviews here. The restorative and serene view and location is obviously the best quality, but the condo itself is comfortable and offers all the comforts of home as well. We loved the empty beach, the sound of the surf, and the cackle of the tropical birds. If you want crowds and traffic jams, head to Tamarindo. If you yearn for quiet and a vintage Costan Rican experience, I recommend without hesitation.

Patrick and Hilda are wonderful hosts. The Alta Vista condos/apartments are located just a short walk from the beach and quick walk into town. The apartment was spotless and comfortable for our short vacay in Samara. Patrick and Hilda were super responsive when we had any questions. It’s peaceful and you can’t beat those floor to ceilings windows with that amazing view of the beach and mountains. We spent many hours just admiring the coastline from our balcony. Definitely recommend their condo to anyone looking for a relaxed and super chill beach vacation. Thanks again! Hope to be back soon ❤️ Pura Vida!

Very beautiful and unfortunately too short stay. The accommodation is very well located, quiet and close to the sea and at the same time a few minutes walk from the center. Clearly communicated check-in and check-out formalities. All the necessary amenities were available including pool towels, which was really much appreciated and used! I highly recommend this listing!

The place met our expectations, we had the opportunity to walk to the beach because it is so close. Access was easy and there are shops (restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, etc.) quite close. My husband and I had a great time! Thank you both for your attention and prompt response.

We loved our stay in Las Palmeras. The condominium is comfortable, clean and well equipped, with everything you need to feel at home. The location is perfect - close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets, but quiet enough to relax. The pool area is a real plus, ideal for resting after a day of adventures. We also really appreciate the safety of the place and the care of the hosts, who were always attentive and quick to answer any questions. As a constructive suggestion one of the bathrooms had an unpleasant smell of both the toilet and the sink nothing serious but it would be good to review it for future stays. We would recommend this place without hesitation and hope to be back soon. A hidden gem in Sámara.

The condo was beautiful, and you can't beat the view. Any questions we had were quickly addressed. The pool was really nice as well. You can't really walk to town safely because there is no sidewalk and it's a busy main road. Adults should be able to during the day I guess, we never attempted it. You can walk to town via the beach, the walk to the beach is easy. We would definitely stay there again!

The location of Monte Laguna Condominiums is very convenient; a short walk to Samara Beach and 5 minute drive to Carillo Beach, both beautiful and uncrowded. The town of Samara is a 10 minute drive and has loads of great restaurants. The condo itself has all the amenities one needs and the pool is an added feature which I took advantage to swim laps and relax pool-side on a daily basis. This rental is highly recommended.
