Ulrich was a welcoming and gracious host, and the beautiful loft apartment was warm and comfortable with beautiful direct views of the Lattengebirge and Predigtstuhl. Communication was clear and easy. Großgmain is an excellent base for exploring the wider area of Berchtesgadener Land. We hope to visit again.

La casa de Román es hermosa, amplia, cómoda y calentita. Tiene tres niveles, tres amplios dormitorios, con muebles vacíos para guardar, dos dormitorios comparten un balcón, hay tres baños, un escritorio, despensa con muchos y variados electrodomésticos, muchísimo menaje. varios juegos de mesa, es ideal. La zona de la piscina interior tiene un mini jardín interior, con mesitas y reposeras. Recibimos la casa impecable, tiene todo lo que necesitas y más! Fuimos por navidad y hasta moldes de galletas nos facilitaron. El entorno es bellísimo, las vistas increíbles, teníamos vacas y hasta caballos de vecinos. La casa tiene terraza con comedor exterior, dos trineos y al lado una colina por donde nos deslizamos en la nieve. (casi es el patio de la casa). Ladau está a 20 minutos en auto de Salzburg, de fácil y rápida conexión. Gracias Román, disfrutamos tu casa. Volveremos

Prachtig huis, zowel van buiten als van binnen. Fijne keuken, slaapkamers en badkamer. Grote koelkast en diepvrieskast. Veel spullen worden je als gast ter beschikking gesteld, uiteraard met de verwachting dat je zorgvuldig met de spullen omgaat. Mooi zwembad, wat gemakkelijk toegankelijk is vanuit alle kamers. Zwembad water was wel aan de koude kant!

The house was cozy, and the little touches—like fresh towels, bathroom amenities , and local recommendations—made it feel extra special. The location was perfect—close to local attractions, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. Joy was a fantastic host, always quick to respond and so thoughtful in making sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Lieben Dank für diese schöne Unterkunft und die so freundliche Kommunikation. Es ist wirklich Leben& Raum in euren vier Wänden und vor allen in dem großen, wunderbaren Garten. In der Ferienwohnung ist alles vorbereitet und perfekt eingerichtet, so dass wir uns direkt willkommen&zuhause gefühlt haben. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut erreichbar und schön gelegen. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Das Apartment ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders für Selbstverpflegung ist alles vorhanden. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit, sowie jederzeit erreichbar. Lage: Das Skigebiet Oberaschau ist 10 min entfernt, hat keinen Verleih und ist sehr klein. Das nächste größere Skigebiet ist Postalm, 1 Stunde entfernt oder Gosau 1,5 Std entfernt. Dort können Kinder und Anfänger gut üben, es ist am Wochenende allerdings sehr voll. Mondsee ist ein schöner kleiner Ort mit ein paar Restaurants und einem hübschen See, ca 10 min entfernt Nach Salzburg sind es 30 Minuten

Absolutely beautiful location- amazing patio to sit and watch the sailboats! Very clean and modern space, plenty of staples in the kitchen- spices, utensils, etc.

Die Unterkunft war super. Wenn man die richtige Einfahrt einmal gefunden super easy zu fahren. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen und einen zweitbesuch wert. Der Gastgeber war auch sehr freundlich und bei fragen immer zu erreichen.
