Diverse Sommer- und Winterwanderwege/Badeseen laden ein, die schöne Umgebung in vollen Zügen zu genießen. Auch 2026 erhalten meine Gäste die Tennengau Card und Mobilitäts Ticket per EMail.

Whether you simply want to enjoy the peace and sun or be active in sports: everyone gets their money's worth with us! Our house by the lake offers its own parking, air conditioning, terrace as well as private lake access with sandy beach and enough space for 4 people - private and in a top location for the Salzburg lake and mountain landscape as well as the festival city of Salzburg.

Vacation home in the countryside on the outskirts of Salzburg

The vacation home is located next to our small farm on a green meadow, surrounded by forest, on the outskirts of Salzburg. You have an entire house to yourself. There is no public road that passes by our place, so it is quiet and yet so close to the city. There is free parking in front of the house, and in 10 minutes (0.7 km) you are at the bus stop (downhill) to get into the city. You can walk from the bus up to us, depending on your fitness. We always recommend a taxi for the arrival.

We offer everything. The proximity to nature, to the mountains and lakes as well as the proximity to Salzburg's old town. The small stream that flows right in front of the bungalow as well as the private swimming pond in the garden make this accommodation unique. Relax Appartment on farmland

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.
