The modern apartment is located on the outskirts of Salzburg/Anif. At 72 m², it offers enough space for 4 people. In total, 1 living area with kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom are available. The sofa quickly turns into a cozy bed. The highlight is the whirlpool tub in the bathroom, as well as the pool in the garden. Unsere großzügige Wohnung liegt in Ruhelage an der Salzach, fussläufig zur Altstadt. Im 2. OG gelegen bietet sie einen traumhaften Ausblick. Mit neuen, hochwertigen Boxspringbetten, Designerküche, Wohlfühlbad, Wohnlandschaft mit B&O Luxusfernseher, offenem Kamin, Balkonen und WLAN bietet die Wohnung jeden erdenklichen Komfort. Gegenüber liegt ein Kinderspielplatz, 5 Minuten zu Fuß ist ein Hallen- und Freibad. Parkmöglichkeit ist vorhanden (Benutzung gegen Gebühr €10 pro Tag).

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

Modern 160 m² house with a residential unit on the 1st floor with a great view of the Alps, right on the outskirts of the top tourist destination Salzburg. The wonderful Salzburg lake area is approx. 20 minutes away. The world famous Salzkammergut is only 25 minutes away. The guests use the house completely alone. A large balcony invites you to enjoy the sunset. The garden invites you to play or relax and is protected from the eyes of the barn by a large hedge.

Lovely, cozy apartment in the countryside. Location above the cloud line near the beautiful Lake Attersee. Close to wonderful hiking and swimming. Cross-country skiing is right in front of the house. Small ski lift nearby. The property can only be reached by car. Lake Attersee is 4.5 km away and Lake Mondsee is 12 km away. Salzburg 41 km Hallstadt 59 km. Barbecue and breakfast on request at any time. Breakfast optional: €9 per person.

Our guest apartment is on the second floor of an old town house in the heart of Hallein and offers a nice view of the pedestrian zone. Shops, bakeries, cafes, ice cream parlors and restaurants with beautiful gardens are practically at your doorstep. The medieval salt and Celtic city of Hallein is considered the “little sister” of the cultural city of Salzburg, which can be reached by S-Bahn in approx. 20 minutes.

Apartment in Nußdorf am Haunsberg

Apartment (attention: without a kitchen) with separate entrance in a tranquil, quiet village You have your own bathroom and a separate toilet, can share the garden and its seating and there is also the possibility to book breakfast. In the room you will find a coffee maker, fridge, small selection of dishes for all occasions and a mini oven. The dining area with two chairs can also be used as a workplace.

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
