Vacation rentals with a sauna in Salzburg-Umgebung District

Last Easter weekend I was allowed to stay in Sabine's house for a few days with my family and in-laws. We were warmly welcomed and given a lot of information about the area and opportunities for hiking. On the terrace overlooking the mountains we were able to enjoy a few nice sunny days. From the house, Salzburg is easily accessible in 25 minutes. The house has four bedrooms with a double bed in each. In addition, there are also a number of sofa beds available. The bedrooms are spacious. Our personal experience is that the house is excellent for 8-10 adults, with 4 people sharing a room. The kitchen with space table is also the only shared stay in this house. The terrace in front of the house is spacious and has sun during the afternoon and evening. Sabine is a friendly hospitable host and is easily accessible to her guests. In short, we had a wonderful weekend there and definitely hope to come back again.

Ellen's "Hütte am Wald" is not only an idyllic retreat surrounded by birdsong and fresh forest air, the accommodation has also been furnished and decorated with a lot of love, so we felt at home from the first moment. The perfect location between beautiful lakes and mountains offers a whole host of different leisure activities - from running around the nearby lakes, hikes to the numerous peaks with different difficulty levels to relaxed strolls through the town centers of Hof, Fuschl or St. Gilgen. In addition, Ellen was a very warm, courteous and attentive hostess who gave our stay the final touch with her positive manner. We can only warmly recommend Ellen and the cottage in the forest and will certainly come back.

This home was beautiful! I loved the very modern and minimalistic decor - my total vibe. It was super clean which I care very much about. Magdalena was super responsive and friendly. I needed help with the washer machine and she popped over to help me. I fully recommend this home!

We had a great time at Georg’s place, it is spacious and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the balcony on a warm afternoon: Peaceful suburban views with beautiful mountains in the background, very lovely and restful. Salzburg is easy to get to, either by public transport, or an easy half hour/40 minute walk along the river.

We had a wonderful holiday in Mondsee in the great apartment of Franzi and Alex. Everything was perfect: the stylish decor, the cozy beds, the large balcony, the high quality sauna, the modern kitchen. A special highlight was definitely the great e-bikes with which we could explore the magical area.

This was our 2nd stay at Christian’s place. We absolutely loved it the first time. The house was squeaky clean and the host is super responsive and nice. We will definitely recommend this place to everyone visiting Salzburg.

We just had a great time. 30 mins from Salzburg in the car. 10 mins from decent sized town with Billa supermarket and plenty of restaurants etc. We wanted a home from home and that's exactly what we got. Katharina was a great host (even before we arrived). She even offered to get pizza ordered for us for when we arrived. She greeted us well and showed us our facilities - which were perfect. The view from the house to the mountains is breathtaking. Wifi is a little "Shaky" but this was minor for us. I would suggest a smart TV for the living room but again not a big deal with so much to do around the area. The Apartment is beautifully decorated and has all the things one would need for a short stay. The balcony is lovely. We will definitely book again. Thank you, Katharina.

A beautiful place to stay just 30 minutes outside of Salzburg. Everything was as pictured and Konstantin was very responsive throughout the booking process and during our stay. The views were incredible and the house had so much charm and character. During the winter the house heats up quickly so bring layers!
