Die moderne Wohnung liegt am Stadtrand von Salzburg/Anif. Sie bietet mit 72 m2 genug Platz für 4 Personen. Insgesamt stehen 1 Wohnessbereich mit Küche, 1 Schlafzimmer und 1 Bad zur Verfügung. Das Sofa wird schnell zu einem gemütlichen Bett. Highlight ist die Whirlpool-Wanne im Bad, sowie der Pool im Garten. Our family-run organic farm is situated 985 m above sea level with a beautiful view on the alps. We are surrounded by skiing areas: Zell am See-Schmittenhöhe, Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn, Kitzbühel, Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Leogang. In addition, the Krimml Waterfalls and the Grossglockner High Alpine Road are close. The apartment is situated on the bottom floor of the farmhouse. It has its own entrance and a cosy sheltered patio with a great view that is situated directly next to a big garden.

It´s a pleasure to live in our biggest Apartment with 75 square meters - fully equipped and perfect for a Family with kids or 2-5 people. The Apartment offers a great panoramic view and is very big and well equipped - Enjoy it and have fun! In summer and winter high season we only rent for 7 nights, in low season also for 3 nights. Please notice that we charge € 10,00 per day as a short stay fee if you stay under 5 nights. You DEFINITELY need a CAR to visit/book our place.
