This dream home has a panoramic view of the surrounding greenery, yet is only a 12-minute walk from the Old Town. The apartment is on the 2nd floor without an elevator and is 145 square meters with a beautiful view of the Untersberg. The house is over 350 years old. The rooms, kitchen, and bathrooms have been renovated. However, the living experience is different from that of a modern, newly built house. IMPORTANT: There is a balcony, which is unfortunately currently closed and cannot be used.

Art and nature lovers get their money's worth here. Get in touch with the artist Etienne, who paints on the first floor of the studio. The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is intoxicating. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun at breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden with a pond and barbecue area.

My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.

The Knusperhäuschen is located at 700 meters with a view over the Salzachtal, about 5 km from Golling, 25 km from Salzburg. Nestled in nature, in beautiful scenery. A small B&B is next door. You'll love the place because of the healthy wood construction, the tiled stove, the quiet location, terrace, a fantastic view. My place is ideal for couples and guests traveling with their pets. There are many hiking opportunities and attractions nearby.

A freestanding bathtub and our Swiss pine sauna are certainly among the things that are not so easily found elsewhere.
