Cozy apartment on the Mondsee. Distance to the bathing area for optimal relaxation about 5 minutes by foot. (approx. 250 m) The apartment is located on the 1st floor and has a balcony. It has 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, a kitchen-living room and 1 bathroom. Since we are currently renovating (remodeling), the balcony and outdoor area are not yet finished, the balcony can still be used. Barbecues and chairs in the garden are freely usable Large parking is free and right in front of the property.

Genießen Sie schöne Tage im Kaiserhaus mit Garten & wunderbarem Blick auf die Berge. Ein 200 Jahre altes Holzhaus wurde hier in der Nähe abgetragen und neben meinen Haus wieder aufgebaut. Das neue (alte) Holzhaus wurde sehr ökologisch und auf neuestem Stand wieder hergerichtet. Dieses Studio wurde fast nur mit altem & neuem Holz ausgekleidet - man sieht noch die alte Handwerkskunst. Dennoch ist auch das Moderne wie Beamer, Alexa Sprachsteuerung eingebaut. Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.

Laberer vacation home

The house consists of 4 bedrooms with 4 double beds and 2 single beds. You will love my place because it is in the middle of the ski resort, because of the kitchen, high ceilings, coziness, the view. My accommodation is good for couples, families (with children), large groups and furry friends (pets). (!!! no summer card possible at this house!!!) In the house there is only a public W-Lan, but that is also limited use! For each pet €15,- / night have to be paid!

Zell am Moos with its Irrsee invites you to slow down. There is no mass tourism here yet, no motorboats on the lake. Whether by bike or on foot, a few meters from the 64 sqm apartment, you will find yourself in the middle of nature. In the village, there are inns, swimming areas with parking, a supermarket, a bakery with a café, a butcher, a newsstand, and a bank (with ATM).
