House vacation rentals in Salzburg

Wir Waren alle sehr zufrieden , die Lage ist atemberaubend 😍 man ist relativ zentral 15 min zum Königssee, 30 min zum Salz Bergwerk. Die Hütte verfügt über einen Kamin was das ganze noch gemütlicher macht . Küche ist gut ausgestattet… ein Herd mit zwei Kochplatten, Kühlschrank und genug Geschirr für 6 Personen . Handtücher werden einen zur Verfügung gestellt . Betten sind auch bezogen . Es war alles sehr sauber und sehr gemütlich. Die hütte hat auch einen kleinen ess Bereich Kommunikation ist etwas schwierig hab aber dann im Restaurant angerufen und jemand erreicht .Restaurant auch sehr empfehlenswert. Also 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ für euch

Erg mooie plek en heerlijk ruim!

Ubytování bylo skvělé. Apartmán je perfektně zařízený, hezký, vkusný. Člověk najde vše, co potřebuje, zkrátka jako doma. Bylo nás 5 a všichni jsme mohli mít soukromí. Velmi oceňuji kotelnu na sušení lyžařského oblečení a bot. Vřele doporučujeme všem, kdo chtějí jet lyžovat. Do nejbližšího velkého střediska je to pouze 20 min autem. Uprostřed pobytu nám hostitelka telefonovala s dotazem, zda nepotřebujeme nové ručníky, toaletní papír či cokoliv jiného. Byli jsme opravdu velmi spokojení.

Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal bei Stuart zu Gast und haben uns gleich wieder wie Zuhause gefühlt! Es ist wirklich toll Stuart als Gastgeber zu haben, er ist gut erreichbar, immer nett und hilfsbereit :). Man hat das ganze Haus für sich, was ein großer Luxus ist und wir immer sehr genießen! In Kaprun kann man alles vom Haus aus zu Fuß erreichen, hat aber gleichzeitig seine Ruhe um sich super zu erholen. Wir kommen bestimmt noch mehrmals wieder um Stuarts Gäste zu sein :)!

We spent a 3-day trip to Austria with friends over the Easter holidays and had a wonderful time. The area we stayed in was very peaceful and calming – perfect for a relaxing getaway. Our Airbnb host, Martin, was extremely responsive and helpful. He provided very clear instructions regarding the house, which made everything smooth and easy. The house met all our expectations: it was clean, spacious enough for our group, and had everything we needed. The surrounding area was also very quiet and ideal for peaceful walks. There were also charming nearby villages to visit, which was great especially for the kids. All in all, we had a lovely Easter break and would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a calm and cozy stay in Austria.

Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber(in)! Wir durften den Griller + die angrenzenden Laube benutzen. Das Haus ist im Sommer angenehm kühl aufgrund der dicken Steinwände! Wir hatten eine schöne und erholsame Zeit!

We really enjoyed our stay at Silvi's place. The house is in a prime location really close to the centre of Kitzbühel (3 minute walk) while also being in a quiet cul-de-sac away from the bustle of the town centre. Silvi couldn't do enough to help us feel settled in and welcome in her home. She made some great suggestions for local attractions to visit without which our holiday probably wouldn't have been so good. The house itself is over 3 floors and you have access to the whole of the ground floor. It's worth noting that Silvi and her partner live above with access to their dwellings through the hallway on the ground floor so it's not strictly true that you have the whole place to yourself and owing to the age of the building you can hear them walking around. This was in no way a problem for us but it's worth pointing out to future guests in case it is for them. The character of the home is so authentic and along with Silvi's kindness, I would highly recommend a stay!

Unser zweiter Aufenthalt in Christas Haus - wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt - es ist viel Platz, in einer netten Gegend, mit guter Kommunikation und einer tollen Kaffeemaschine :)

Wow, was für eine tolle Unterkunft. Wir haben bei Christina unseren Hochzeitsurlaub verbracht und hätten uns keine schönere Unterkunft vorstellen können. Die Aussicht auf die Berge, das idyllische Grundstück und vor allem das Haus mit eigener Sauna. Einfach nur ein Traum. Und mit Christina selbst hatten wir durchgehend einen wirklich freundlichen und positiven Kontakt. Vielen Dank😊

Wir haben wunderschöne Ostern mit der Familie im Haus verbracht.

Wir waren zum Skifahren (Katschberg, Speiereck, Fanningberg) da. Die tägliche Anfahrt ist schon etwas länger als z.B. Maria Pfarr, dafür entschädigt u.a. das "eigene Haus". Wir haben es genossen abends den Kachelofen im Wohnzimmer einzuheizen und auf der Couch rumzuliegen. Die drei Schlafzimmer (OG) sind klasse, die Matratzen perfekt. Küche/Essen habe wir eigentlich nicht genutzt. Wir haben das Abendessen in drei örtlichen Gaststätten eingenommen (Jagawirt, Stiegenwirt, Guniwirt samt Mineralienmuseum/-verkauf). Auch hier wurden wir bestens bedient. Einzig das Badezimmer (OG) ist in die Jahre gekommen. Eine weiterer Toilettenraum ist vorhanden. Wir haben Petra und ihre Mutter, sowie Hund "Lucky" kennengelernt - allesamt liebenswert. Wir vier waren uns einig, ein angenehmer Aufenthalt bei Petra und ihrer Wohngegend.

Marius was a wonderful host welcoming us and showing us around the house. He was also very responsive in the communications and always there to offer help and guidance. The view from the house is breathtaking, scenery and absolute peaceful silence. It was just what the doctor ordered for us to rest and recuperate with nature but not lacking any convenience. House itself was very comfortable, roomy and very clean. We visited Altausee and Grundlsee which were quite closeby and highly recommend. On Sundays, there is a self service grocery store in Altausee that we utilized as everything else was closed. We highly recommend Marius' place to anyone visiting the area.

Wat een geweldige accommodatie is dit! Vanaf het eerste berichtcontact met David tot de ontvangst en afscheid met zijn moeder; het was fantastisch! Het huis is prachtig en de locatie wonderschoon. Je hebt echt je ‘eigen’ berg huis. Het huis is licht, huiselijk, compleet, warm en comfortabel. We genoten van de zeer complete keuken (meer aanwezig dan afgebeeld), de comfortabele badkamer met fijne douche, de ruime slaapkamers met zeer comfortabele bedden en het fijne balkon. De jam van Davids moeder en de tips voor de omgeving maken het nog completer. We maakte heerlijke dagtrips de bergen in, naar Salzburg en andere mooie dorpjes en bezienswaardigheden. Wij komen heel graag terug! Bedankt David en moeder voor ons heerlijke verblijf.

Ik heb met mijn familie weer een geweldige wintersportvakantie beleefd in het Traumhaus! Het is een zeer geschikt huis voor families met jonge kinderen. Het uitzicht in de woonkamer op de besneeuwde bergtoppen is echt fantastisch :-). De communicatie met Monika verloopt goed en reageert snel. Ik raad iedereen dit appartement aan voor een geweldige tijd in de zon of in de sneeuw.

Großartiger Gastgeber, der schnell auf alle Anfragen reagiert. Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen, vor allem weil sie viel Platz bietet und sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Alles bestens!

We had a wonderful stay in Salzburg! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and perfectly located within walking distance to all the main attractions. The neighborhood was quiet and charming, with great cafes and restaurants nearby. Check-in was smooth, and our host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches in the apartment that made us feel right at home. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Salzburg! Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

Ein wirklich sehr tolles Haus. Leider waren wir nur ein Wochenende, wären gerne länger geblieben. Ich werde es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen

Wir waren mit 8 Personen in der Unterkunft. Das Haus ist sehr schön. Sauna und Whirpool sind waren wir auf den Fotos zu sehen sehr schön. Die Häuser sind ein bisschen abgelegen. Um den Skilift und den Supermarkt zu erreichen braucht man ein Auto. Praktisch war auch, dass man sich Semmeln liefern lassen kann. Für die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher werden pro Person nochmal 15 € extra verrechnet. Das konnten wir aus der Anzeige nicht entnehmen. Alles war sauber und modern.

Beautiful home and beautiful view! We loved our stay and Tanja & Markus were very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend anyone who is looking to stay outside the city center.

Superb housing in a very convenient location, with an incredible view of the mountains. The house was spotless, perfectly prepared when we arrived, and very well maintained. Everything was in line with the description. Communication with Julian was very smooth and efficient; everybody was very helpful. We can only recommend it.

Wir haben uns vom 1. Moment an wohl gefühlt. Netter Kontakt zur Familie. Alles was benötigt wurde, war vorhanden. Auf der Terrasse stand ein Gasgrill zu unserer Verfügung. Sonnenliegen in großer Anzahl vorhanden. Sogar ein Fahrradschuppen wurde uns für unsere Fahrräder angeboten. Jederzeit würden wir dieses Haus wieder mieten!!!! Es war ein gelungener Urlaub!!!
