A storage room in the basement offers space for skis or bicycles, and there is also sufficient parking space. The guest house was newly renovated in 2025 and comfortably furnished.

The double room with private shower and toilet is located in "Das Au-Gut" in Hallein. It is located on the street side, noise cannot be excluded. There is no daily cleaning.
