We are located at an altitude of approx. 880 meters, which makes our guests immediately feel the alpine feeling. With us you have the opportunity to enjoy relaxation & the Austrian idyll. Unser familienfreundliches Ferienhaus, auf unserem kleinen Bauernhof, liegt in sehr sonniger und ruhiger Lage in Ortsnähe, im Wandergebiet Krispl/Gaißau (Tennengau).Die Keltenstadt Hallein erreichen Sie mit dem Auto in ca. 20 min., die Mozartstadt Salzburg in ca. 30 min. und das nächste Skigebiet in 40 min. Diverse Sommer- und Winterwanderwege/Badeseen laden ein, die schöne Umgebung in vollen Zügen zu genießen. Auch 2026 erhalten meine Gäste die Tennengau Card und Mobilitäts Ticket per EMail.

"Unser Haus liegt am Sonnberg von Leogang. Die Skilifte liegen nur wenige 100 meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Vor dem Haus befindet sich Ihr Kfz-Stellplatz. Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

Genießen Sie den Ausblick in dieser ruhigen, zentralen Unterkunft, die sich sich am Ende einer Straße, neben Feldern, 10 Gehminuten vom See, befindet. Die Terrasse vor der Küche, mit Blick auf den See, lädt zum Frühstücken ein, die zweite Terrasse vor dem Wohn-/Schlafraum, zu einem "Sundowner" bei Sonnenuntergangsstimmung, Seeblick und Lagerfeuerromantik. Die Unterkunft verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang und Garten. Ein kostenloser, videoüberwachter Gästeparkplatz steht zur Verfügung.

Relax Appartment on farmland

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

A special highlight of this appartement are the two terraces - at one you can enjoy the sunset with free view to Salzburg city and the other offers a panoramaview to mountain Nockstein/Gaisberg.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in a rural atmosphere near Salzburg. The other tourist highlights such as Berchtesgaden, Bad Reichenhall, Hallstatt, Salzkammergut and Lake Chiemsee can also be reached quickly by car. Unfortunately, the connection to public transport is poor. Hikes and bike tours can be taken directly from the apartment.
