This was a perfect property for a family in Indian Wells. House was exactly as described - even came with a pack and play and high chair, which I didn’t realize would be available. The pool & hot tub were confusing to heat at first, but Megan was so wonderful and responsive to all our questions until we figured it out. Nice quiet neighborhood with a grocery store just minutes away. If you’re traveling with a group, and especially with any kiddos, I definitely recommend this location!

We stayed here during Coachella festival and it was perfect for our group. 10 min cab to the festival and super close to local restaurants/supermarkets/coffee shops. We loved it!!

Staying at Casa Cosmos was such a wonderful and unique experience! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The attention to detail in every corner of the house is incredible—it’s clear a lot of love and care went into creating this space. The welcome gift and the handwritten note were such a sweet and personal touch—it really made us feel so warmly welcomed. Everything was spotless and beautifully arranged, and the information provided made it super easy to settle in and run the house smoothly. The pool was absolutely amazing—perfect for relaxing during the day—and we had so much fun with all the games available. The mattresses were also incredibly comfortable, and we all slept so well! Casa Cosmos is more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and charm.

We really enjoyed staying at Kathryn's place. The pool and hot tub were wonderful once we understood how they worked. Kathryn was responsive to all our questions. The beds were comfortable, and nights were quiet in the neighborhood. It was a quick and easy drive to downtown Palm Springs and the airport. We had a great stay and highly recommend Kathryn's place.

Absolutely loved our stay at Frank’s place! From the moment we checked in, Frank went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome. He gave us a personal walkthrough over the phone, guiding us through the house, explaining how to operate the spa and pool, and even pointing out the game closet—such a thoughtful touch! The home itself was spotless, and it’s clear Frank takes great pride in maintaining a clean and inviting space. The kitchen was impressively well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals just like at home. Every detail was considered to ensure a comfortable stay. If you're looking for a stress-free, relaxing getaway with a fantastic host, this is the place! We can’t recommend it enough and would absolutely stay here again. Lovely, clean home in a great location for anyone going to the empire polo fields for coachella etc. Super responsive hosts and very accommodating - 10/10 would recommend

We loved our stay in La Quinta at Casa del Julian. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. The layout of the house is comfortable. Bedrooms are very spacious. Appliances are in pristine condition. The housekeeping is impeccable. We would have like a few more lamps 😉 We appreciated that our host, Nadia, is friendly and extremely organized. She sent detailed directions ahead of time on how to use the hot tub as well as house rules. We will stay here again.

We had a great stay at David’s place. We were in Indio for a family wedding and loved the house. The pool was great for the kids and the addition of the self controls for the hot tub was brilliant. The place was spotless and very spacious with a great kitchen for cooking. The BBQ was a great addition too. We stayed with our two children (2 and 9) who had the best time. Especially with the air hockey table. Would absolutely book again if we’re staying in the area, thanks very much!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Palm Springs Airbnb during Coachella weekend! The location was super convenient—just a short drive to the festival, but still tucked away enough to enjoy peaceful mornings and relaxing downtime. The house was spotless, stylishly decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The pool and outdoor space were definitely highlights—perfect for pre-festival hangs and post-festival wind-downs. Our host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and made the whole experience seamless from check-in to check-out. Honestly, this place made our Coachella weekend even more memorable. My family and I had an amazing stay at Brandi’s Airbnb! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as listed. We especially loved the pool and spa - such a relaxing treat. Brandi clearly put a lot of thought into the space, with so many thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and would absolutely stay here again!

Super stylish, very Palm Springs mid century modern! loved the interior design and the landscaped garden and pool. the Cabana was very cool and we really enjoyed the hot tub. Only comment we would make is that the house is under the airport flight path and is noisy during the day. Even with that observation, we look forward to staying here again.

Wow! Would rate Alex’s property 10 stars if I could. Was perfect spot for our family of 9 to hang out, relax, and explore Joshua Tree National Park. House was immaculate and well-stocked. Outdoor space is amazing. We loved the front porch, the star gazing deck, pool and spa, landscaping and natural desert areas. Alex was a great host. We would book this property again in a heartbeat should we return to the area.

The stay here was perfect! Suzette was very helpful when we needed and we found it to be very comfortable and private. The location is spot on and I definitely recommend Suzette’s place in your search for a Palm Spring’s getaway!

Our host was very helpful every step of the way! He communicated daily to see if we need anything and even sent the pool company to help us when the pool heat wasn’t working. The house is the perfect set up for our family. Everyone had privacy and yet we had beautiful spaces to gather. We loved the proximity to the park, restaurants & shopping and couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you Shane for making our family vacation so memorable!!

Eric and Lindsay's place was very nice and quiet. The weather was very nice and we sat outside by the pool and enjoyed the hills and birds. The place was very clean and nice. The beds were comfortable. The family enjoyed the billiards and games. We all had a really good time.

This is a great house. The location is convenient…walking distance to coffee, ice cream, etc. The house is very cozy and clean. The best part of the house is the backyard, specifically the pool and Mountain View. The hosts were responsive. The property manager was very nice and welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again. 10/10 recommend.

This is our second time staying here and we love the sun room, pool and giant back yard. The beds are comfortable and the place is very clean. You can’t beat the location. So close to everything and fun to walk around and see all the beautiful houses, gates and colorful doors.

I was here for the tennis at Indian Wells. Great location for that. The house was comfortable and really homely. Had everything that you would need. Didn’t use the pool or spa as weather was a bit cool. Bed very comfortable and shower was fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect oasis in the desert. Landscaping was gorgeous. We enjoyed the grapefruit trees and hummingbirds too! Interior was perfect as well. Clean, comfortable, and free of clutter. The turntable in the living room was a great asset as well.

Sebastien's place was wonderful! It was clean, spacious, and comfortable! the outdoor space with the pool and hot tub were also so lovely. It was also a quiet and peaceful area, but conveniently located in Palm Springs. We hope to return soon!

Beautiful property, very responsive hosts, amazing stay. We felt safe, and had an amazing experience during our Coachella weekend. Homes were walkable distance to each other. We really enjoyed the pools and pool tables. Would recommend for large groups. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.

Everything what we had hoped for during our stay at Palm Spings. Clean, good beds, basic kitchen amenities and a nice pool.

We’ve stayed at a few other houses in Palm Springs through AIRBNB and this was by far our favorite. It was exactly as described: great layout, super clean, full of amenities, lovely pool and hot tub, and came complete with responsive and helpful hosts. We’ve had pretty mixed experiences before this house, including hosts who “forgot” to mention their house was under the flight path of the airport, broken jacuzzis, and even hot water issues… but this experience was all positive. We hope to return!
