Our guest house has many features our guests have enjoyed. Please look at the photos and read the reviews! I love being an Airbnb host and will do my best to make your trip great! Along with everything you'd expect, there is also a steam sauna, a private tennis court and a lush yard with green grass and fruitful citrus trees. We have a great central location in a quiet neighborhood. Finally, and it's a shame that I even have to note this, there are no crazy rules or exorbitant cleaning fees.

The house is two bedrooms, with a full kitchen, wifi, heat/AC, and off-street parking. Being just 0.3 miles off the AZ-51 freeway gives us seclusion in a safe and peaceful neighborhood alongside easy access to the rest of the Phoenix metro. This includes great hikes, the Botanical Garden, Zoo, Stadiums and great restaurants. Under 12 min to either the airport or Scottsdale.

Completely private detached one bedroom one bathroom in heart of Paradise Valley and Scottsdale area. Very private with private splash(shallow lounge) pool, it’s small but totally yours. Pickleball court acess to hiking trails. Granite and marble countertops, full kitchen. Large shared backyard with pickle-ball and basketball courts. Reviews say it all. To book guests must have previous positive reviews. Smart TV but no cable provided.

Really nice location for somebody that has never been to Arizona before and is looking for a great getaway spot location. That is a nice small and cute guest house. be aware the pool is really cold haha. It is not heated. That’s about the only thing that I can really complain about kind of nit picky there. The main house was amazing. The backyard was amazing. The guest house was amazing. Shower was amazing. Everything was amazing and overall 9/10 location.

The guest house is cozy and comfortable. I felt right at home as soon as I walked in! Super responsive with any questions I had leading up to my visit. It's convenient to the airport and I-10. She even made sure I had the proper creamer for my morning coffee. Great hostess and a great place to stay if you are in the area!

Im a local Phoenician that works from home. I stayed at Katie's place out of necessity, due to the A/C at my house not working in the inferno season. *From start to finish, this was a 5 star experience.* Check in: Easy, clear instructions. Parking/Security: Private driveway secured by RV gate. Privacy: Your own space and small yard that is great for a dog, yet Katie and Ariel live next door so the host is accessible if needed. Friendly Hosts: Proactively offered anything I may need. Example: They offered an office chair since I work from home. WIFi: Strong enough to work from home. Central location: The area is close to the Biltmore(5 minutes) , Old Town Scottsdale (approx 15 mins) and downtown Phoenix (10 mins). Neighborhood: the neighborhood has a strong community and the neighbors know each other and will wave to you etc. STRONGLY RECOMMENDED
