Our apartment of 86m2 is located in Salobreña, a town located in the central-western part of the Costa Granadina, about one hour drive to Granada. It is ideal for family vacations or with friends. You will stay just in front of the beach and you will have a communal swimming pool open in summer at your disposal! :) The house has a nice semi-open terrace, ideal for relaxing outdoors. For 4 guests, here you will have an unbeatable stay.

Casa Almunia de Arrabal.

Una casa de pueblo renovada para conservar la escencia y disfrutar de la luz mediterránea a través de sus 14 ventanales. Con una terraza-mirador de 180º de vistas al Mediterráneo, la vega de Salobreña, los tejados del Casco histórico, y las montañas de Sierra Neveda . Posee una decoración sencilla y acogedora que dota a la casa de un aire de serenidadad. Y para los amantes del mar, se llega a unos 20/25 minutos caminando.

Villa Pedro

Casa totalmente reformada con casi 100 años de historia, se ha intentado conservar los detalles que la hacen única, como los suelos o las vigas de madera. La casa está en pleno casco histórico pero a 3 minutos andando del centro del pueblo. Tiene una terraza preciosa de unos 50 metros. Lo mejor de la vivienda son las vistas al pueblo y al mar, se pueden ver desde el salón unos maravillosos atardeceres.

La Casita

Nuestra encantadora casita recién reformada se encuentra en el corazón de Almuñécar, a un paso de la zona comercial y de restauración y a 5 minutos de la playa andando, pero a la vez muy tranquila. Intentamos cuidar cada detalle para su comodidad, ¡esperamos su visita! IMPORTANTE a tener en cuenta , acceso por calles no indicadas para personas con movilidad reducida o silla de ruedas.
