Cabin vacation rentals in Salmon River

This cabin was absolutely amazing. If you have children this is a great place to stay. All the. Things you could need for a toddler and below were available. Additionally things you might need for bigger kids were available. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We celebrated our anniversary at this lovely place that was very clean and beautifully decorated. The hot tub was fantastic! Based on the pictures, I expected a bit more seclusion, but we still had a wonderful time. The neighbors were quiet and friendly. My husband & I were bit disappointed that there wasn't a fire pit, but overall, it was beautiful and very relaxing. We would love to come back again and would definitely recommend it!

Everything was wonderful, the place is beautiful and very comfortable, and it was a wonderful experience for me and my family. I spent two days in complete peace and happiness. Everything is available and ready. I shared it with my friends so that they can visit the place. Thank you. We will come back again.

We had a small group stay at Dave and Satu's place. 5 adults fit comfortably and it was as described. We were able to enjoy our weekend in comfort and had a good time together. All of the listed amenities were in the home and allowed us to enjoy the space. We were able to utilize the electronics without issue and clear instructions allowed us to get the heating system working and set to comfortable temperatures. Any issues were handled thoroughly and Dave and Satu were very respectful hosts. The only small criticism is that we would have liked more communication as some questions about our check out date did go unanswered after a few asks, but nothing that was critical to our trip overall, and we understand that our hosts were in a different time zone while we were staying with them. The trip was wonderful and Dave and Satu provided everything we needed to have a fun weekend trip with our friends. Very grateful to them for allowing us to use their home!

This home was very beautiful and a wonderful escape. The fire place was lit when we got there which made the place very cozy. There were very clear instructions on how to get to the location. The place felt very private and secluded. The views are amazing and we got to see plenty of wildlife right out the very large back windows. The kitchen was very well stocked with the supplies we needed as well as the rest of the house. This was a great place to stay and we will definitely be back if we are so lucky.

This little cabin was pure magic! It was very comfortable and clean, with some very sweet and stylish touches. We absolutely loved the hot tub over the Payette River, the cozy woodstove, and the stunning location overall. We appreciated it was dog-friendly and we could bring our pup (he LOVED the freedom of being off leash!). There is a very peaceful and easy neighborhood walking loop with beautiful views. Short drive to fun shops and great public park in Crouch. I would caution that it might not be great for very small children with the steep river bank and high decks, but our 5 and 7 year old had a blast!!

Beautiful cabin with everything you need to enjoy some quiet time. Clean, comfortable, and plenty to do all around from skiing in the winter to golf in the summer. Do not hesitate to book.

This place was perfect for our quick getaway for mom, dad, and to kids. Close enough to Cascade to get their quickly, but far enough that you feel like you're getting away from it all for a bit. Shared driveway is sheer ice in the winter, so be careful walking (my yak tracks were put to good use). Hosts do a great job with snow/ice removal on stairs and front deck. Might be a little tricky to find after dark, but Apple and Google maps are accurate. Easy to get in, and hosts are very responsive and friendly! Great stay!

Patty & Witek's place was just as described. They went had cupcakes and beautiful card waiting for us. ( It was our 53rd Anniversary getaway). That was just so thoughtful. The wildlife was so great to watch in the yard. Hope we get a chance to stay again.

A group of 6 ladies stayed here for the women with bait tournament. Highly recommend. Beautiful views and peaceful. Place was larger than expected with very comfy beds! Love the upstairs balcony. The kitchen had lots of amenities, I was able to easily cook with no issues! Place is great and we will definitely be returning in the future!

Super clean and the host was responsive and could not have been nicer and easier work with. Made us feel tight at home. Highly recommended.

Great peaceful location, in the mountains and pines, yet on the beautiful golf course, right by the hot springs pool, tons of elk grazing, tons to do, i.e. corn hole, ping pong, pool, games closet, fire ring, and they have everything you need, just bring your food.

Dawn & Kent were exceptional hosts, very friendly and respectful. The property is exactly what we were looking for-- Elk Run Ranch is 4 miles down a dirt and gravel road and the cabins are within sight of several hiking trails, the lake with kayaks and row boats to use, and the most glorious mountains imaginable. After four days decompressing and exploring we were sorry to leave. Be aware that an SUV will handle the road far better than our small sedan but we managed fine even if very slowly. Also, stock up on groceries in Salmon because the General Store in North Fork has a VERY limited selection (no produce, no dairy, mostly a small variety of canned goods, junk food, and dry goods). That said, Dawn and Kent were a real pleasure to talk to and the ranch was magic.

We loved this cabin so much! We rented it for a mom’s weekend away and it exceeded our expectations! It was beautifully decorated but still comfy cozy. We were able to enjoy dinner all together around the table, late night games and chats in the loft and all slept comfortably in our own beds! The hot tub was the cherry on top. I would highly recommend!

This was a great rustic cabin that had everything we needed for our family. It's only 10 minutes away from Tamarack and close to boat launch, sled rentals, and 15 minutes to McCall. Quiet residential street and neighborhood. Will definitely stay here again!

Collin helped me out from the beginning with planning/advice as it was our first time to the region. His place was simply perfect! Cabin was outfitted with everything necessary and then some! We’ve had the opportunity to travel a bit: and have never found a place so relaxing and perfectly located. Took his advice in the book on the table to try Hamilton Packing and Nap’s Grill: some of the best beef ever. Tried the Filet and bone in Rib Eye on the Weber and everything needed as well. Nothing better then making a coffee or drink and just sitting by the Bitter Root. Greeted by a family of deer as we arrived and each morning and afternoon. Wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend if nature and relaxation are your thing!;)

My friends and I rented this cabin for my birthday and we had a wonderful time. The host was very responsive and helpful during the trip. We had a great view of the stars. Other than the driveway being a little icy in the winter time, it was overall a great birthday weekend.

This was our second stay at Matt's cabin, and it was fantastic. We gathered four generations for a guy's weekend and this cabin was the perfect fit. The location is peaceful and allows for some great family time. We enjoyed fishing the the private pond and exploring the bitterroot river, as well as just wandering in the woods, playing games, and barbequing on the huge deck. The Starlink internet was great for movie night as well. All three bedrooms are comfortable and clean. The kitchen is very well appointed and we had no issues cooking all of our meals for four days. Matt is an exceptional owner and host and really helps you feel at home. His communication is the best we've ever had on Airbnb. I highly recommend Matt's cabin, and I know we'll be back!

Exactly as described. Easy to find, lots of room with 2 lofts. Great space to hang out and enjoy your company. Fireplace is awesome. Even came with kindling and spilt wood. Would book again.

Great location, clean comfortable place to chill at. Everything was great Julie is sweet and communication was to par. Just wish we could've enjoyed the property more but there was a ton of snow so that was expected for time of yr. Definitely will try in summer time!!!

We were so happy to discover Riggins and the Miner’s cabins! The place was cozy and clean, had everything we needed, and the location was perfect. Hot tub didn’t hurt either :) Would definitely stay again!
