Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Salmon River

Every time I come into Boise for business I stay at their lovely home. It’s warm, welcoming, and quiet. Exactly what I need during a very busy travel week. Words cannot express how comfortable the master bed is. You just sink in and let it hold you. Janae is so lovely and extremely responsive if you have any questions. I will always only stay here.

At last minute reservations, it was easy and such a great place. We had 10 adults to celebrate a friends birthday. Lots of room and lots of towels. That is one of my pet peeves not having enough towels. Thank you!

I stayed in March and place was all to myself.. what an amazing experience.. Be sure to hang out with Ranger the yellow lab on the property..

We loved the place! Perfect for our girl trip away from home. Tracy was quick to fix a minor problem that came up. We would definitely recommend and stay again the next time we come to town.

We were in town for the Salmon Select show and have been in hotels for prior shows. We wanted something a bit more quiet and peaceful. We found the perfect place at Rockwell's! My timing for check in was a bit off. Rockwell was very flexible with us and met us when we arrived. He gave us a quick overview of the place and we went in. Rockwell's place is the upstairs of their residence. It was very clean, comfortable and ready for us. The location is just under 20 miles out of Salmon and is quiet and secluded, but perfect for us. The place was clean, comfortable, cozy, and had all the amenities. The outdoor patios and balcony are lovely! My partner and I are both runners. The place is right next to an extensive network of trails that are perfect for running, hiking, or going for a nature walk into the foothills. There are a few popular coffee, shops, restaurants, ice cream shop, and toy store all within a very short walking distance.

My husband stayed back in June of 2024 and loved it! So we came down to visit our daughter and celebrate his birthday, and I see why! All the reviews accurately describe the place. You absolutely can’t beat the location, and Jeanie Sue is very responsive. It’s a charming studio apartment that was perfect for the two of us and our little dog. So many places around to eat, drink coffee, and taste wine. It’s so nice to see all the new places opening up in Garden City. We look forward to our next visit!

This place was beyond our expectations. Beth left everything we possibly would need available. It really felt like we were at home. The humming birds were visiting us daily. She made sure to have the feeder replenished at all times. The bed was the best, sleep number bed. I had no back pains. I would sleep all night. Very peaceful and quiet. The kitchen had it all, including every slice you can think of. The view and surroundings area was spectacular. Loved driving up the hill every day. I would stay again and again. The home is well maintained and in perfect condition. Even a washer dryer in the unit. We did not want to leave. Thank you Beth!!!!!

My friend and I stayed at Anne’s place for an event at the Boise Expo and had a wonderful visit. The place was clean, quiet, had a coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge, water bottles, and snacks. It was also very close to the expo and multiple shops/restaurants in the area. We would stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a place.

Such a cute, cozy place. Loved the creative ski decor! Stocked with so many things we hadn’t expected. Clean, comfortable, with fantastic club with pool-hot tub-sauna! Gracious hosts, quick to respond. We’d definitely stay again!

It was our second stay in their place. First time was so perfect we ought to come back specifically just to stay in their place, planned the whole thing around it. however we walked into dirty plates, unmade bed, messy living room and dirty shower. Contacted them right away, luckily they found a cleaner that same night. It was rough driving for 14 hours only to be told we might be transferred to another place or refunded fully. It was understandably upsetting, but since we didnt want to ruin our vacation we chose to stay and accept the cleaning fee refund they offered. The place after it was cleaned was nice and they have apologized. I hope it won’t happen to anyone else. I’d still recommend this place to anyone and will still come back. Thanks Dave and Satu!

Beautiful condo right in the heart of Sun Valley. It was an easy 5 min drive to Baldy to go skiing, and also an easy bus ride if you prefer public transit. Absolutely loved the space, the Murphy bed was very nice to have. Great amount of space & the hot tub at Sun Valley Inn was a fun bonus.

Great condo for our family of 4 with quick easy access to Bald Mountain for skiing. Had everything we needed and was well designed and furnished. We felt right at home!! Easy walk to town for shopping and restaurants and loved the free bus system during the day. Would definitely stay again!

Place was lovely and location was great for us

We stayed for a month and really enjoyed our time! Two of us worked remote from the condo and the WiFi was reliable and fast. Great location - we could skin up Dollar mountain right from the doorstep, nice walking path nearby, and very good access to the resort and the rest of wood river valley. The hot tub and sauna was a nice added bonus too! Would definitely stay again!
