Guesthouse vacation rentals in Salmon River

We had a great stay in Rain's guest house. The kitchen was well stocked and the paper plates and plastic flatware were perfect for our daily picnic lunches. We so enjoyed sitting on the deck in the mornings with coffee admiring The Sawtooths. We will be back.

Cozy and cute cabin space with a very warm welcome. A great location to adventure off for hot springs or to relax inside. Fully stocked with firewood, boardgames, hiking trail maps, and generous breakfast/ snack offerings.

This was our second time staying at Bridge St. Cabins- great location, cozy and comfortable. Easy check in. Kitchenette and seating area were great! Brett made sure the 8" of snow were removed swiftly in the morning and is a great host.

Had a great stay, everything went perfectly and Brett was very flexible with my shifting situation.

The place is amazing in its simplicity but covers well all the things needed, good heating, nice bed, good little shower, frig micro, etc. Brett was very cordial and we enjoyed a nice conversation with him. He was very helpful and available if we had needs.

The place was very cozy. We had a hard time finding it because we arrived late, and we got confused, but the directions were clear. We had a big trailer with a raft, parking was good. We had a good night sleep. Neighbors were very respectful and quiet.

Darci was a great host, responsive and friendly. The unit was clean, comfortable & stylish. We will stay again if the unit is available when we come back to visit Star, ID.

James was super responsive and accomodating. The listing was quiet, relaxing, and cozy. We loved it. The kitchen is beautiful. Love the farm sink. The hot tub was wonderful as well. Highly recommend.

Sidney's cabin is a beautiful place for us to stay when we visit New Meadows. My son and his family live near by and the location is a perfect place for us to stay when visiting. Sydney and Sam both are wonderful hosts.

Beautiful location. loved the home and how it was a little bit away from everything. we enjoy quiet places and this was it. awesome setting, friendly hosts and had everything we needed within a quick drive. Felt like home and easy to settle in.

My wife and I stayed the weekend at this beautiful getaway as we visited Goldbug Hotspring. Skip was so kind and a wonderful host! Thanks for having us; we will definitely be back!

I cannot say enough good things about David and his space. As soon as I booked David’s place, I received a detailed message from him regarding directions and other recommendations. He was out of town at the time but let the neighbors know I’d be staying and they were so friendly and welcoming when I met them! When I met David, he was just as nice and personable! The space was exactly as described. The bed was comfortable and I felt right at home. The sauna was an amazing addition after a long day of snowboarding. I would recommend this place to anyone trying to get away from the hustle and bustle of life and enjoy a small town. David’s home and property are fantastic with a few bonuses that were not listed. Thanks to David for a fantastic getaway!

Had a very comfortable stay in Christine’s and Bruce’s guest house. Christine even left us cookies and a nice note to welcome us ! The property is gorgeous and very well kept. I would highly recommend staying there and will be back again. I was also pleasantly surprised to discover that Bruce owns Modern Driveline and I happened to be in the market for a new transmission for my muscle car. So If your’e a car guy and in the market for a tremec transmission among other great products, Bruce is the guy to talk to. Can’t say thanks enough for how helpful he was helping me with my purchase during my stay.

Beautiful place and area. I felt right at home! I would definitely stay here again! Loved the cats and watching the rest of the animals. I was even lucky enough to see the northern lights during my stay!

Fernanda and RJ are super friendly. They gave us good recommendations for places to go. They are super flexible with our check-out time. We feel like at home. The house is very close to the ski resort, shopping places and restaurants. It's very quiet too. We will definitely stay at their place again in our next visit.

Tobi was a great host! She was super helpful and willing to lend an idea or suggestion. Her homemade bread is amazing & the views at this place are unbeatable.

Alicia and Jim were absolutely born to be hosts!! We could not have enjoyed our stay more than we did, and we recommend them without reservation. They are so warm and welcoming and friendly and attentive and our puppy had the time of his life bonding with the baby goats! This place is idyllic in every way, from the scenery and mountains and precious animals on the farm to the spacious and well equipped guest house. The water pressure in the shower is awesome! We will never forget our trip and the friendships made with Alicia and Jim and the animals. Perfect trip!!

Absolutely amazing vacation! Truly one of the best weeks of our lives. This location was absolutely perfect for the AUDI FIS World Cup Ski Finals, it was literally across the street from the venue with a short block walk (if that) down to the entrance of Warm Springs. The chalet is absolutely stunning, from the architecture to the interior design, with the perfect amount of space for a couple to spend an amazing vacation in the most magical place on earth, Sun Valley. The space was immaculate (I am very picky) and even smelled wonderful. We loved the space so much that this is actually our 2nd stay at the chalet. We first discovered this gem last summer, it was a great base camp for all of our hikes and adventures. You absolutely can’t beat the location for winter, you put on your ski boots and walk down to Warm Springs. No matter the season this place is perfect! Ken and Linda are amazing hosts and full of local knowledge and area information. We will be back!!
