Authentic oyster farming district. Train station 400m away. Atypical for the comfort provided by the wood, its terraces, its water environment (between the port and the 'canelot'), its views, its swimming pool and the neighbor's oysters - the best in the Basin. You will enjoy the swimming pool secured by a roller shutter for your little ones if necessary. The 1500 m garden in the Eyre Valley is wooded. A terrace surrounds the pool and part of the house for your outdoor meals and relaxing moments. The pool is saltwater with a heat pump from May to the end of September depending on the weather.

Our typical tchanquée cabin house is a must for a vacation on the basin, the place is a cocooning paradise where every detail has been thought of so that you can relax and escape, a tropical and Mediterranean garden surrounds every corner of the house, it is located in the countryside of the Eyre valley near Arcachon and Pyla 5 km basin and 25 from the ocean without opposite and without noise. There are surveillance cameras in the parking lot at the entrance of the house.

This house is perfectly located 30 min from the Bay and 30 min from Bordeaux, you will spend your holidays or weekends in a quiet and secluded place, the pool is not heated, it is equipped with two alarms so the operation will be explained to you on site and we will ask you to sign a waiver on site. You have an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue.
