The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

Ideally located apartment on the front line at Pointe de l'Aiguillon, close to shops in the Aiguillon district.
