Charming and well located! Quiet street and easy access to everywhere in the Little Rock area you need to go. Highly recommend!

This was a great stay! It had everything we needed, we were pretty close to downtown, and was central to a lot of the things we wanted to do. The only downside is there is a neighbor on the street who appears to feed strays, so there were at least 6 stray cats and an off leash dog wandering the street our entire stay.

This house was such a hidden gem! It truly was beautiful, we hated leaving! It smelled so clean as soon as we opened the door. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cookware and dishes we needed, and the smores were so thoughtful, the kids literally screamed when they saw it. We went into town and met some local artist, then the gangster museum really shows you just how special the town of hot springs is,the next day we spent all day hiking and the area with the waterfall was like a handmade playground by God himself, it was the best trip we’ve ever been on! My favorite part though was this air bnb, I loved the bird houses, my grandmother handmade all hers, and these really reminded me of her and the hard work and beauty that goes into them.

My family really enjoyed staying here. Taylor was extremely helpful and nice! We will be back and highly recommend.

This place was beautiful! Would definitely stay there again. The size was perfect for our group, the house was very clean, the hot tub was amazing! The house was very roomy and comfortable!! Lots of outdoor space as well as TVs in every bedroom plus’s both living areas and on the deck. Everyone in our group was satisfied and we left feeling pleased we chose this particular house to make memories in!!! Thank you Eric for sharing your house with my family!!! BTW we had total of 10 adults and 2 children and had more than enough room. The beds were comfortable.

We spent a week during a hiking trip so especially appreciated the centralized location between Little Rock & Hot Springs, the washer & dryer, and the back porch in the afternoons. It's a clean, beautifully furnished & decorated cottage in a private setting with comfortable bed & pillows, nicely stocked kitchen and lots of personal touches. Truly a home away from home! Karla is very responsive & accommodating. We would love to visit again, particularly in the fall.

Calling all Witches, Wizards, Muggles, and even Squibs! If you have a Harry Potter fan in your life you MUST take them for an evening at The Hut!! First park your broom and take in the building you’ve seen a million times in your imagination and try not to hear Fang barking as you walk up. Next, prepare yourself to be transported into the Harry Potter tale as you cross the threshold and pass the Gryffindor knocker into a place you feel like you’ve been in a million times before. This simple scribe can’t do justice to the numerous details and décor that will take you multiple times around the Hut to even take all in. From actual vinyl records (on what must have been Professor Slughorn’s phonograph) of the Harry Potter soundtrack by the Prague Philharmonic Orchestra to dragon eggs displayed above the fireplace, every nook and cranny of the Hut is a wink at you from the Wizarding World. Please go the Hut and enjoy it as much as we did!!!!!

Incredible location. Furnished modern and comfortable. So convenient to bath house row! Parking garage next door very reasonable and convenient. Highly recommend.

Great spot with lots of charm right off the main strip in downtown Hot Springs - enjoyed the style and attention paid to the room and amenities, plus a cool private rooftop. Good communication and quick responses from the owners. Parked inexpensively overnight in the garage right next door. Would definitely book again!

Quick and accessible place to stay if you’re passing through town! The lack of cleaning fees/added expenses at checkout is so appreciated as well! Hosts were very caring and accommodating.

The Lake view was spectacular and enjoying some drinks in the hot tub while overlooking it was beautiful. We were made to feel so at home while also given so much privacy.

Linda was absolutely amazing and showed great hospitality. Everything was as listed and very very clean. It was definitely worth every penny spent and it was the most comfortable place outside of my home and a safe place to stay. Exquisite home 5 stars for sure ⭐️

Me and my boyfriend had a great stay! The location was perfect and conveniently situated near great restaurants and shopping, which made everything super accessible. The apartment was clean, stylish, and had a cozy vibe that made us feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the host was easy and responsive. We especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and comfortable bed. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Little Rock and looking for a relaxing, modern space to stay

We had a great stay! The house was private and in a convenient location to the state parks and Hot Springs National Park. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and reading in a quiet setting too! The house was super clean and the beds were so comfortable. Thanks for an awesome stay!

We loved our stay. It was great to unplug for the weekend. Of note: -The place looks just like the pictures. -Felt very private even with another house nearby. -The view was wonderful to wake up to every morning. -The bedroom is a loft upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs a spiral staircase. Because of this I would not recommend this unit for anyone with mobility issues or needing frequent middle of the night bathroom visits. -There is no WiFi service and depending on your cell provider you may not have much of a signal to cast to the TV. That was ok for us because we wanted to unplug.

we had to cancel due to a sick child and the host went out of their way to book another renter and refund our money. so nice to interact with good considerate people who obviously care about others more than their wallets. we will definitely stay here next time we're in hot springs.

location was quiet with a beautiful surround forest. inside the cabin was extremely clean and homely and has amazing structure.

Sharon’s place was excellent for us. We like quiet out of the way places and it was perfect. it accommodated out 2 small pets and was easy to get to and was not to far from places if we wanted to go grab something. Would definitely recommend.

Our stay at Bobby's place was exactly what we hoped for! Peaceful cabin full of character surrounded by stunning nature. It had everything just as described and Bobby was extremely helpful. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet and private getaway.

Great stay at this cabin for the weekend, and would definitely return again. Very easy to reach out to Mel and ask for any tips and tricks and she was very responsive on questions. Loved the house and the area where it was located. Very private, cozy and beautiful.

The cabin was clean and well maintained. We found an issue with the front door upon arrival. They were very nice and efficient with taking care of the situation. The description and pictures of the cabin left room for misunderstandings. The cabin is not secluded. There are other cabins and camp areas within close proximity of the front door. We are from a wooded area in Louisiana and our closest neighbors are over 500 ft away from our front door. So we was a little off-put by that since we where celebrating our honeymoon and wanted the extra privacy. The cabin is beautiful and in a great location. We do plan on visiting again.
