Location, location - accessible to everything. Loved sitting out on the back deck that was shaded and enjoying nature with my family. Smart TV in the bedroom was a bonus! Large shower. Fully stock kitchen - beautiful hardwood floors - bathrooms updated! Ample seating. Would definitely stay again. Host was available and very responsive with any questions.

super cute place! Andrea is very friendly, helpful and responsive. unfortunately we didn't get to stay because the power had been knocked out due to recent storms. Andrea was very easy to get ahold of the whole time and quickly made sure we were issued a refund when we decided to go back home. I would love to visit this place again because it is adorable and is in a really cool neighborhood.

We were very comfortable here. The house is cozy and uncluttered. Plenty of room to spread out a bit. I especially liked the all cotton bedding, more comfortable and a very nice touch. In a nice part of Yuen and still very close to airport and downtown. Highly recommended!

Absolutely love this home! It has everything you would need during your stay. It is conveniently located near the Hwy, stores, restaurants & downtown. The garden is an adorable touch. Loved walking out there in the morning.

Our stay was wonderful. The kids really enjoyed spending time at the house—playing piano, basketball, and board games. Kara was also very thoughtful and kept in touch with us regularly, which was a big help. If we have the chance to visit Little Rock again, we’d love to stay here once more.

Kimberly's unit was outstanding. It met all of our needs and had everything we needed for a 5 day stay by the lake. We will definitely promote her unit and use it again in the near future. Thank you so much, Kimberly for your prompt communication, and for letting us use your wonderful place.

We had a wonderful time at Steve's place. The views are amazing! The studio was just as described, had everything we needed, and was very clean. Steve was responsive and even provided us some local restaurants to try, which we did and were very pleased. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

The place was great. It felt secluded with privacy, when we were grilling food and relaxing in the hot tub on the back deck. We also took advantage of the fire pit and the kids were able to make s’mores. As for the inside, it was much larger than what we needed, but we obviously were very comfortable with so much space. The house was very clean and I can’t find a complaint. I’m sure that we’ll be back again!

Christopher was great! he responded immediately and was very friendly! The beds were very comfortable, we enjoyed sitting on the deck, a little fishing, relaxing, and playing games. It's only about 15 minutes from downtown Hot Springs. very convenient

We had a great 2-night stay at JoAnn and Scott’s Airbnb! The place was super clean and my wife especially appreciated how thoughtfully everything was set up with a woman’s needs in mind. The environment was peaceful — overall, a wonderful experience.

Jana is an amazing host. While our trip didn’t turn out as planned due to terrible weather Jana stayed in communication with us making sure we had everything we needed while we sheltered in place. The house was very nice. Upon arrival there were treats left out for us and even treats for our dogs! When we visit Hot Springs again this will definitely be our first choice.

It was a great place to stay for me and my wife for a couple days to get away. Really enjoyed the mood of the place and the pool and patio, John was very helpful with troubleshooting sound system with us. It is real cozy and very relaxed, which was what we were wanting. Would recommend this for anyone wanting to spend few days to relax and get away.

I believe that a perfect rating is required, but we got in late, after having car trouble, so it was dark and we really had to search for where we were going. We also realized that we had parking at the end of the building and didn't have to park in the back. I couldn't get in with our door code, but Kevin quickly gave us one to unlock the door. The condo is amazing. We were on the first floor but never heard anyone above us. It was very quiet and peaceful to sleep and then enjoy the daytime view overlooking the water. Everything was very convenient, the condo was really nice and well-appointed inside, 15 minutes from the convention center, close to a lot of eating and shopping spots. I would highly recommend staying here. Just make sure to ask him to leave the light on if you are arriving late. We would definitely stay again.

Great little cabin that backs up to the national park. We had deer and a multitude of birds each morning.

Eveything you could ever need for a stay in Hot springs! They go above and beyond with the amenities provided from extra toiletries to providing you with detergent to wash your clothes. Was a walkable distance to downtown and the park. Never had to touch our car😊. Would stay again!

Wow! This home has so much character and attention to detail when it comes to design and art! The hosts are amazing and so accommodating! Cannot wait for our next stay here! The location is perfect and there is so much to do right there in the neighborhood. We really enjoy staying at this beautiful home!

Christopher was responsive and communicative. The home is very close to a major highway interchange so was very noisy. The location was good regardless.
