This listing is for the Main House-Unit B. It is a 3bd, 2ba home. It has all you need to have a wonderfully relaxing stay and be very close to historic downtown Hot Springs, AR. Take note: -Master bathroom has a bathtub with no shower. -There is an apartment rental below the Main house with a separate entrance & a tiny cabin rental on the same property. -No locals. -Please let us know if you have children, so that we can run a few rules by you before booking. -Please get Travel Insurance!

(No access to garage) If you have a pet, please inquire, there will be an extra charge, and they must be crated when you are not inside with them.
