This place is wonderful. Centrally located among shopping and dining. We had full access to the lake. The private cove was perfect for paddle boarding. The neighbors and residents were all extremely friendly. The gated community allows for a sense of security. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Julie for being such a wonderful host. Looking forward to staying in the future.

nice quiet clean location near the casino.

We found ourselves in a crunch when we needed a place to stay in between moving from North Carolina to Arizona and found the spot in Little Rock where I could work from home for a month with my small dog the pictures do not do it justice. It’s a much nicer place than the pictures would have you think it is. The area with centrally located there was all kinds of restaurants around and stores. I felt safe there. There were other Airbnb beers in the same building. I even had to cancel part of my reservation and leave early because I was able to get back on the road and Ruth worked with me to refund me some of that money which most host would not do it at all. Thank you Ruth. We appreciate you and we really enjoyed little rock. Thank you.

Kimberly's unit was outstanding. It met all of our needs and had everything we needed for a 5 day stay by the lake. We will definitely promote her unit and use it again in the near future. Thank you so much, Kimberly for your prompt communication, and for letting us use your wonderful place.

The unit was clean, confortable and cozy. We had an extended stay and felt right at home from day 1. The host was wonderful and kind. I would not hesitate to book - worth the cost as it's centrally located to various places. Will be keeping this unit in my favorites for the next time I visit Little Rock. Gracias Ruth y Familia!

Beautiful place. I wish she would have stated it was on the second floor and had a slight ramp to access the building. If you used a walker would be hard to access. I have hip problems and accessing was a slight challenge for me. Overall, was very pretty, serene and quiet

Enjoyed the stay in The Morgan’s place! Very clean and nice place to stay for a vacation on the lake. Would like the details about the boat launch and slip if the host does know about a boat being brought. It was all worked out though with a quick response and helpful neighbors around. Very peaceful place and love having a spot for trailers to park. Highly recommend for a vacation spot!

We had rented this place and it was one of the best location to spend a quality time with family. The view was amazing and most importantly Russ was very responsive when i had some questions. I have already recommended to some of my friends and would recommend for anyone. Might even plan to reserve again.

Carrie's condo is simply exceptional! From the moment I arrived, it was clear that she had thought of everything to ensure a perfect stay. The abundance of linens and thoughtfully stocked kitchen, including seasonal items, made me feel right at home. The stunning view of the lake was truly the icing on the cake. Additionally, the friendly neighbors added a warm touch to the experience. Highly recommend staying here!

So relaxing and amazing view! This place was spoilage! Comfortable bed, fully stocked kitchen, outdoor patio with furniture, fireplace with reclining sofa chairs! Exactly what we needed after a long trip!

We enjoy so much out stay, My Mom is older and love the place , like to see the lake seating on the porch, and the have nice restaurants to go. Thank you so much for the hospitality 🥰

Carrie’s place was super great a 10 for sure .. super clean super close to lake walkout patio n your on the lake it’s ground super easy to get Too. Loved every bit of it even the Fishing was awesome…! Highly recommend this place…5 stars

Loved staying here! It was very beautiful and peaceful. Great recommendations were provided which was very helpful when deciding where to eat and what to do. Host was very responsive and very kind. Look forward to coming back, and hopefully staying here again!
