John was a great host, very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The apartment was spotless, well maintained, and had everything we needed. You can tell he puts effort into making his guests feel comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend his place to anyone looking for a clean and stress free stay!

Great location on Santana Row with cafes and restaurants within a short walk. We only used the kitchen for breakfast. It was suitable for other meals, too. The two BRs and two BAs were useful. Note that the 3rd bed is upstairs next to the master. We enjoyed relaxing on the couch and watching TV.

This apartment is perfect for a fun visit to Santa Cruz. It’s a new construction with convenient, safe parking situated downtown. Everything in the apartment is clean, new and well thought out. The best part is the prompt and thorough host. Dave immediately responded to any concerns or needs we had and everything about check in and check out was easy and clear. Honestly, for a couple or small family visiting for the weekend (or longer!) you can’t do better than this.

Staying at Claire's place was a great experience for our family. We were able to enjoy a fun evening with the kids at Santa Cruz Boardwalk. We took a peaceful wall at Natural Bridges State Park. We had a delicious Oaxacan dinner at Copal Restaurant. We went to Roaring Camp Railroad and enjoyed stunning views of the redwood forest. All these location were no more than a 20 minute drive from Claire's place. This was our first time visiting Santa Cruz. I highly recommend staying at Claire's place . We felt safe and very comfortable in her private condo.

The location of the apartment is awesome. We really enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and excellent view of the beach and ocean. Sleeping with the sound of the ocean waves was such a gift. Patti is lovely and kind with her communications. We did have some issues with the shower and bath sink in one of the bathrooms. We also wished we had paid attention to what was not listed in terms of provisions. For example, you’d have to bring your own coffee, teas, paper towels, and bathroom hand soaps (although napkins and bath soap bars were provided). Overall, a beautiful home at a great location with potentials for some minor improvements which I understand Patti will address in good spirit.

My family and I stayed here so that we could see the otters in Moss Landing. We chose this place because it was within budget, close by and looked nice. Let me tell you, it was fantastic! The place was so nice. Spacious, comfortable, clean, neat, had everything you would need. The resort was beautiful. I kept waiting for a catch but nope, it was real. Amazing views overlooking the ocean a short walk away, a restaurant in the lobby, a pool, easy parking and no rowdiness, which I'm always worried about with littles and apartments or resorts. We were a reasonable car ride away from everything we wanted to see: Moss Landing, Monterey Bay, Point Lobos, Carmel. I would 100% stay here again.

Great host- from the time we booked the Airbnb until the time we signed out (and after), Kwesi was always available, and genuinely interested in how we were doing G, what else we might need, etc. Great place- clean, quiet, beautiful, nice location.

We had an amazing stay at Ahnalisa’s beautiful home in Monterey! The place was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The views were absolutely stunning — waking up to them every morning was a treat. It’s also in a perfect location: peaceful, yet just a short and easy walk to everything we wanted to explore. Ahnalisa was a wonderful host and made sure everything was just right. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Monterey!

Great place, comfy, and felt like a home. The location was easily accessible to major roadways which made driving very easy. With a host who was very responsive and clear, there was nothing else that I would ask for out of a vacation stay.

April’s place was perfect for us! Location was excellent and only a few steps to the beach that has a trail to walk along the ocean. You are also walkable to Cannery Row with fun shops and restaurants. The bed and bedding was comfy and the kitchen met our cooking needs with a variety of pots and pans plus wine glasses, which was nice for the nights we wanted to stay in and just enjoy the view from the room. Would recommend for a couple or family with a dog or small child.

Would family had an amazing time at Sean condo! It had amazing views, the house was extremely nice, and very clean. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Aptos!!

We were in town for a wedding so we just needed something simple and affordable it served the purpose and was an amazing value! I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area :) Host was very responsive as well and super clear instructions not complicated at all. Would stay again.

While I did not need a four BR house, being in the area for business for two+ weeks meant that I was able to feel at home, including use of an office with large monitor. I love to cook and can say there was not a single utensil or appliance that was lacking. With a choice of gas or charcoal, I truly got a chance to make food superior to what I would have to eat at a restaurant if I stay in a hotel. Tone was super cooperative and responsive, so his will be the first place I will look for on my quarterly trips to the area.

I loved my long term stay here! This airbnb is well equipped with every amenity, it is spacious, it's in a nice area of south san jose, parking is provided, and on top of it all the hosts are fantastic. The hosts went out of their way to make accommodations for the stay and even helped when I was stuck without a car - I highly recommend the stay!

Our stay at Nawara's Carmel Airbnb was truly extraordinary. This centrally located gem between Carmel Valley and downtown Carmel was a serene escape, allowing us to decompress after exploring the area. The house's central location was ideal, offering easy access to both downtown Carmel and Carmel Valley. The house itself, with its stunning deck overlooking the hills, created a magical and tranquil atmosphere. Nawara's meticulous attention to detail was evident throughout the house, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Her thoughtful touches truly made it feel like a home away from home. Nawara, our warm and welcoming host, was exceptional. She was an excellent communicator, readily available for questions and recommendations. Her hospitality added to the overall comfort of our stay. We're already looking forward to returning to Nawara's Carmel haven. This retreat was a hidden gem, and we can't wait to be back. Thank you Nawara!

This is the 2nd time I've stayed at this listing, and it was a great fit for my needs. Lin Yao were very communicative, the listing itself is very clean and comfortable, and it was great for traveling with a tiny human-- both in terms of places to play indoors and outside at the listing itself, + a nearby park with a playground that's easy to walk to. I also love how close it is to a nearby Safeway, and this time around I tried out an Ethiopian place that was also just a short walk away. Definitely a great place to stay!

Very nice location, was a wedding party visiting from Canada and the east coast. The place was within one mile of The Hayes Mansion - which is where the wedding was. Super convenient, quiet and the house itself was clean and well kept. Thanks for keeping it that way, and our party thoroughly felt comfortable and well suited. Highly recommend it for similar sized parties with kids and adults all mixed in. May be a few more entertainment options like a pool table in the garage or board games could be good additions. Thanks.
