Probably the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in in terms of being a clean, well stocked place. So many little details done right. Charging docks on all the night stands. A “did you forget anything” toiletry basket in the restroom. The well equipped kitchen and selection of coffee from Keurig to Nespresso. A lot of care was put into this home and it’s well worth the asking price. As far as location, proximity to the beach, and views - that is all self explanatory. I had an amazing time, and will certainly book again.

This apartment is perfect for a fun visit to Santa Cruz. It’s a new construction with convenient, safe parking situated downtown. Everything in the apartment is clean, new and well thought out. The best part is the prompt and thorough host. Dave immediately responded to any concerns or needs we had and everything about check in and check out was easy and clear. Honestly, for a couple or small family visiting for the weekend (or longer!) you can’t do better than this.

Absolutely beautiful property! Studio was very spacious and comfortable. Jacuzzi was very relaxing. Location was perfect and close to shops and restaurants. The beach was close by and had magnificent views. We highly recommend this property and we can’t wait to visit again! Cheers!

Spacious unit right on the beach. Great view from dining area while enjoying morning coffee. Direct access to beach or boardwalk for walks with the dog. Easy access to all activities in Monterey county. This could become an annual retreat goal.

Lovely location! The perfect peaceful getaway. Close enough to explore Santa Cruz, Capitola, and Monterey. Golf cart to the beach for a day in the sun or just explore the property. Will make this an annual thing.

Great host- from the time we booked the Airbnb until the time we signed out (and after), Kwesi was always available, and genuinely interested in how we were doing G, what else we might need, etc. Great place- clean, quiet, beautiful, nice location.

We stayed only one day at this listing, so couldn't do justice to the facilities that were at our disposal. The room itself, which is part of a resort, is spacious, well-stocked and looks even better than the photos. The view from the balcony is excellent. There is a pool and hot tub accessible within a couple of minutes from the room. There is a 5-10 minute walk to the nearby private beach, or you could just take a buggy. It was a very windy evening, so I got to take some otherworldly photos as the sun was going down, with no crowds to disturb the view. There are 4 restaurants accessible within walking distance in the complex, of which the Mexican option is the standout. Staff on-site are friendly and responsive. We enjoyed our stay here and have no hesitation recommending it to others.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at David’s Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed. The host, David, was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any questions or needs. The space itself was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect, close to all the local attractions and easy to navigate. David went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay. I will definitely be returning!

Sean’s Seascape Beach resort condo is all that was advertised and more. Very comfortable, well -decorated, and clean, with all necessities thoughtfully provided, including beach towels, a very convenient stacked WD located upstairs, and a water filtering pitcher in the fridge! The icing on the cake was access to the Seascape Beach Resort’s Sports Club for yoga, swimming, exercise classes, tennis clinics, and pickleball, all for a VERY reasonable day membership fee. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay.

Stayed here with my girlfriend for a weekend getaway and really enjoyed the condo. Great location with easy access to the beach and 15-20 mins away from Capitola and Santa Cruz. Host was communicative and responsive and condo was exactly as described. Would stay again!

Stayed the long Memorial Day weekend with husband and two kids. We loved it! Kids loved the pool and met new friends there everyday. The resort grounds are secured and beautiful, amazing path to the beach, amazing views. Condo had everything we needed and was super easy to check into. Would recommend!

Great place to spend time in Carmel. The ocean views are beautiful and the house was clean and comfortable. It’s a little on the rustic side but has a great old Carmel feel. Very quiet but fairly close to downtown and the beach. Would definitely come back.

I loved my long term stay here! This airbnb is well equipped with every amenity, it is spacious, it's in a nice area of south san jose, parking is provided, and on top of it all the hosts are fantastic. The hosts went out of their way to make accommodations for the stay and even helped when I was stuck without a car - I highly recommend the stay!

Location, location, location! Beautiful luxury home in the heart of Silicon Valley. Roomy with lots of amenities, we had a great comfortable stay. Our hosts were wonderful, attentive, and communicative. Our favorite parts, morning jogs in the nearby park, walking to great dinner and lunch spots in Willow Glenn, family time in the fantastic kitchen and living room, and relaxing in the new hot tub. 10/10. Michael's home is amazing! It is private, surrounded by woods. Inside, you'll find an absolute gem of a home. Very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. Michael was responsive and proactive in reaching out to ensure we had a smooth arrival. We appreciated the lack of stress on our wedding weekend and it was the perfect home base to come back to after a busy day.

The house was beautiful. The furniture and beds were comfortable. There were many large screen TVs. The kitchen was open and would be great for cooking and entertaining. The laundry room was far enough away from the bedrooms that we could catch up on laundry from our traveling and still get to sleep. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Vic was a wonderful host. We would recommend this location to anyone looking for a quiet safe place to stay while visiting.

We had 8 couples stay in this spacious, well kept home. It was located in a very nice area with stores and food close by. The home was clean and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return next year. The host were friendly and helpful. Don't miss out on this home, if you are in the area!
