Paco's place was just as it was listed, nothing hidden and nothing less. He was also kind enough to give us some tips for when to get there, even letting us know about car parks close by (which was extremely helpful).

Es la segunda vez que disfruto de este apartamento, y no puede gustarme más! Está bien ubicado, a dos pasos caminando del centro y del casco antiguo de Avilés, con comercios, tiendas y estupendos restaurantes. El apartamento es muy bonito, tiene terraza, muy limpio, que tenga garaje es un punto adicional, llegar y estacionar, camas muy cómodas, bien equipado, en fin, me está encantando ir a Avilés y este apartamento me lo pone fácil. Las indicaciones y contacto con el anfitrión, muy sencillo y eficaz. Si quieres un sitio para alojarte mientras visitas la ciudad y alrededores, este es perfecto.

El alojamiento es si cabe mejor que lo que muestran las fotos, todo muy limpio y totalmente equipado, te sientes como en casa. Está en un entorno tranquilo y muy bonito. Jorge pendiente de todo y nos dio muy buenas recomendaciones de cosas que hacer y ver por la zona. 100% recomendable

Great premium accommodation with parking, surrounded by shops, downstairs supermarket, Sidrerias and easy reach to the center. However, the highlights was the special caring and local valuable tips from our host Oliver which made us feel like at home! thanks and see you next time!

Hartelijke ontvangst door Noelia en partner. Heerlijke lekkernijen. Appartement was zeer schoon. Goed bed, heerlijk terras, ligt in een auto luwe straat dichtbij verschillende restaurants. Noelia is altijd bereikbaar en geeft goede tips. Vvv ligt om de hoek voor allerlei informatie. Wanneer wij terugkomen in Aviles zullen wij hier zeker weer verblijven.

Sonia is an amazing host! She was very helpful all the time, so we could feel like home. Sonia prepared very detailed instructions on 'how to find anything/logistics'. She also written an Oviedo guide to help you navigate between must-see sights and local restaurants. The apartment is very clean with everyting you need. The parking garage is just around the corner and was a great bonus since parking in Oviedo is not an easy task. Thank you a lot, Sonia!

el sitio está genial sin duda si te quedas en Avilés y no es con ella será un error y ella está disponible ante cualquier problema tuvimos un pequeño problema y ella lo soluciono al momento la limpieza genial y si cometes algún error ( como yo) dejándote algo en la casa no tienes problema ella también lo soluciono (gracias Silvia) no lo dudes quédate

Beautiful, clean apartment in great location. Lots of space. It was difficult to locate not being a Spanish speaker but she offers instructions to assist. Not a fault of the host. Host is very responsive and kind.

Das Appartment ist sehr schön und eine phänomenale Aussicht. Den Pool haben wir auch sehr genossen, obwohl er noch etwas kühl war. Das Appartment ist gut eingerichtet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Juanjo wohnt ebenfalls auf dem Grundstück, kann gut Englisch, ist sehr nett und hilft schnell! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen auch gerne eines Tages wieder.

Fabulous place to stay.. the house had everything we needed and it was just brilliant. Really clever design and just beautiful! Alejandro was super friendly and proactive and we had a great time. Thank you for thinking of everything! We hope to return some day.

What a great stay we had in Amaya’s beautiful property. The apartment was perfect - clean, convenient, well located. Amaya is a fantastic host who met us and explained everything in the apartment and she then shared great City info. Parking underground 30 meters away was a huge bonus. The City was glorious, go dine n Sideria! Muchas gracias Amaya!

La casa está muy bien ubicada, cerca del centro, a 10 minutos andando del puerto. Está totalmente reformada, es idéntica a cómo se muestra en las fotos. Hay un supermercado justo al lado, una panadería.. El tener garaje es un alivio porque sería muy complicado poder aparcar en la calle.. A mí me ha gustado mucho y he estado muy agusto.

Cristina ha sido encantadora, muy servicial, ha estado atenta con todo. El piso ha estado muy limpio y cuidado. Tiene muy cerca distintos sitios para tomar algo en el paseo marítimo, tanto para desayunar, comer y cenar (muy recomendable "La Luna", pero hay que ir con bastante antelación para coger sitio). La zona es muy tranquila, para dar un paseo está muy bien y tanto Gijón como Oviedo están a media hora en coche. 100% recomendable este alojamiento, solo con la cercanía y el buen trato de las anfitrionas vale mucho la pena.

La zona, el piso y la amabilidad y el buen trato tanto de Jessica, como de se madre, ha sido espectacular. Repetiremos seguro!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung hat alles was man benötigt, auch mit kleinen Kindern. Leider konnten wir fast nie an der Strasse parkieren da alle Parkplätze immer besetzt waren. Wir mussten ca. 7min (Fussweg) parkieren. Ansonsten war alles wirklich perfekt!
