Jill's cottage is super nice and keeps all its promises. Jill is very kind, answer very quickly to the questions we need to ask him, it's perfect! The cottage is very close to the village of POUILLON where you can find everything you need, a Pätisserie bakery that makes excellent products, a bar-restaurant with 1930s decor, menus at reasonable and delicious prices, an adorable staff... Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Central to the coast, the mountains, lots of walks and villages with good food and interesting history. Very nicely furnished and everything we needed. It is always a good sign when the kitchen knives are nice and sharp! We really appreciated Jackie’s help .

We had a great time in Avignon. A superb view, a quiet and calm environment and a home with many instruments available. Enough to disconnect from everyday life and spend a quiet and creative stay. Le perchoir aux chouettes has all the comforts you'd expect from a good little extra accommodation. The details are taken care of, nothing is missing, and that's what makes the difference to feel welcome. As I arrived in the middle of the night, Jean-Luc had even lit small lights on my way to make it easier for me to enter the accommodation. A sincere sense of hospitality that is rare on Airbnb! I recommend it.

Accommodation as described. Top environment for people looking for nature and tranquility. It's a peaceful place where you feel good. Marie Claire is a lovely person, extremely kind and with good advice, and we loved chatting with her.

Paula met us when we arrived to show us the apartment and was very helpful. The location is very rural and beautiful with walkable trails from the house. Well organized kitchen for cooking meals. Lovely yard to relax , we had a lot of rain but when the sun came out we really enjoyed sitting out. Paula and her family were very kind and respectful.

The accommodation offered was very good, with nice little touches on arrival and very useful instructions and information. Clean and matches the photos. At the end of our stay we attended the village festivities, very well located without disturbing sleep afterwards.

Very cozy accommodation, easy to access with a beautiful terrace. High up compared to the city center but all amenities can be reached on foot (tapas restaurant on the corner) and city center (bakery, pharmacy and …). If we are in the area again, we will definitely come back to Morgan's.

we spent 10 amazing days... relaxing quiet rest... beautiful walks for the dog and great location for fishing lovers...... François' place is great. Access to the beach (10 meters) and proximity to bars/restaurants is very convenient. Recommended!

Impeccable accommodation, as advertised and ideally located in the Saint-Charles neighborhood, a short walk to Miramar beach. Lively and pleasant neighborhood. Tom is a very welcoming host, with great tips for enjoying Biarritz. A great stay, highly recommend!
