Townhome vacation rentals in Salida

Although Buena Vista is a small town, if you're familiar with Colorado there's plenty to do. The Mount Princeton Hot Springs are only a 15-minute Drive and are subjectively better than Glenwood Springs. The home was clean and even though we had some internet issues in the beginning Mary was very quick to respond and get it resolved. It was very happy to have a fully stocked kitchen so I could cook one of the nights I was staying there because many of the restaurants close pretty early in the town.

The property was so beautiful and secluded. The wildlife and star gazing was great for the soul. Would recommend and stay here again!

Can’t say enough about this home in Salida! We took a short trip to Salida with friends and the house was perfect for families with kids! The location is great and walkable to downtown. We really enjoyed the patio, games in the garage, and loved the layout. If you’re thinking about a trip to Salida, book this one!!!

What a fantastic spot - right off the corner of Alpine Park and easy walking/biking distance to downtown. We will definitely book again!

Excellent location just blocks from downtown and right on the Arkansas River. Spacious first floor living space with open kitchen second floor with great master bedroom and a nice area to hang out at night to watch TV or read. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay, and would easily stay there again. It was close to the river and a nice walk to town. The kitchen was well appointed. We made Easter dinner there and were basically excited that we could! We've always stayed right downtown, and it was very nice to be outside of the downtown excitement, but within walking distance of all we needed.

We loved staying here. The home was everything we hoped it would be and BV is fantastic. We had some minor issues at the beginning of our stay and the host went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. They were friendly proactive and extremely responsive. After renting this home, a friend of mine told me he and his family had stayed there the prior year and he assured me we would love it. He was right! It was great. Highly recommend!

My friends and I had a wonderful weekend at this is Airbnb. The location was fantastic and we really enjoyed the outside space. The place has some really cool decor with a Parisian flare. Directions from Pinon Vacations were super clear which was nice not to have to reach out to them for anything during our stay.

Had a fabulous weekend stay during their annual Bluegrass Festival weekend. The unit was spotless, the beds were super comfortable, living room furniture very comfortable too. Right across from Arkansas river for east access fishing. Easy walk to downtown with great restaurants and riverfront establishments. Great vibe in the town too! Standout was the kitchen. I’ve stayed in many where the pots and pans and utensils are just awful but everthing here was perfect!

We had a great stay in Salida. This spot is the perfect location for hanging out in town.

This place was great, a few friends and I stayed here to head up to Monarch, and come back and recover afterwards. Great place to stay, super close to Monarch, stores, gas stations, but private enough to where it almost feels like it's a private cabin in the middle of nowhere! I plan on staying here again, if Mason allows me too!

This place is great we had a cleaning miss hap but they took care of as best they could. There is only one TV which is hard for a family of 5 with kids ranging from 18-11. The blinds at the back door didn’t work so that was a bit of a struggle going out on the patio. There is no fans in the bedrooms so if your one that likes a fan I would bring one. The Kitchener’s fully stoked with everything we needed. They had some board games which was nice also.

Wonderful stay at Lucy's place. This is our third time visiting Monarch Mountain. We stayed at Lucy's place last time and there was no question that we would stay at her place again this year. The first time we visited we stayed at the Monarch Lodge, but that's another story. Lucy's place is in a good location between Monarch and Salida. As a bonus I just realized that Elevation Brewery was just across the road and there was a great running trail to Salida. The house was spacious, clean, and well furnished. Big TVs in every room and a kitchen with everything you need. Lucy is also very nice and very responsive. I would highly recommend you stay here.

Perfect location to walk around town and the views from the rooftop are amazing. Lots of amenities for kids which was greatly appreciated! Will definitely be staying again.
