If you want to spend a few days or your vacation near Lake Constance (and the super beautiful Salemer Schlosssee, a 10-minute walk), you are in the right place! The apartment for rent is relatively new for us. We offered it for rent for the first time in April 2023, are now starting the third season and hope that nice people will have fun here again!

Everything is within walking distance. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a two family house with two balconies and a garden.

The apartment is located just opposite the University of Applied Sciences, 100 m from the shore of Lake Constance and the beach bar, 500 m from the old town with Niederburg and the cathedral. In the colder months, the barrel sauna (Extra fees) in the garden, the fireplace, the duo bathtub and the direct lake view invite you to linger in a cosy atmosphere.
