Another geat stay .Photos of the views are really good but the real think is something else great views from every window. Accurate description on the listing and fantastic replies from Suki on any questions. We will book again.

We had a great stay here! Christina was really friendly making us feel right at home. She gave us some local recommendations and allowed us to come and go with zero hassle. The surroundings are stunning and we could have sat by the window all day. Great walking near by. Beach is a drive able day trip too.

Honestly the photos do not do this place justice its incredible what a view and the host could not have been better extremely helpful, always there at request, respectful, polite all round wonderful person even made us scones to bake and the the towels shaped in to love hearts was a really nice touch they made us feel welcome and right at home would recommend to anyone thank you sheila for a great experience will be visiting again

What a truly wonderful stay, and the photos REALLY do not do this beautiful place justice!! We had the most lovely welcome from Chris and Sally when we arrived, were given lots of tasty treats to keep us going until we were able to shop the next day, and loved every second of our stay with them. They really did think of everything we could possibly need, and nothing was too much trouble for them. The location is excellent as we were able to park right outside the property. There is also a bus stop directly outside so we jumped on the bus to Exeter, which only took half an hour. The drive to Starcross is only about 10 minutes and we parked up and got the lovely foot-passenger ferry over to Exmouth (definitely worth the trip and very cheap.) We will DEFINITELY be returning and are already missing the sound of the ocean.

Great location and beautiful flat. We took our 1 year old with us and it was perfectly suited to him toddling around too. Very clean and modern interior. Would highly recommend!

the flat was very roomy, light and airy. clean and fresh when we got there. parking was very easy and convenient for the house. had some concerns about the steps up to the flat but it was no problem - less steps than I had thought. Emma was quick to respond to queries 11.00 am checkout is useful - many places want you out earlier. Would be happy to use again

Lovely modern apartment set in beautiful peaceful and restful surroundings. Very clean with all facilities. Clear instructions for check-in and general instructions. Felt very at home. Easy to find and some manageable steps to property. Nice beach and amazing views. Within walking distance or five minute drive from Looe-which was our main interest. Would happily book again. We had the best weekend staying in Amanada’s house celebrating a birthday it was beautiful. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos & my 2 year old loved looking out to sea every morning seeing the birds. We will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you so much ☺️ one bonus for families thinking of booking that I did not see prior to our stay is the stairgate at the top of the stairs to the kitchen it was perfect with 2 young children we could shut this off.

The location of the house was perfect for us in the town centre. We walked everywhere and enjoyed access to local shops and restaurants including the town market, car boot and classic car meet-up. The house was exactly as described. Light and airy. Very nicely decorated and clean. Bed was super comfy. I would’ve enjoyed lighting the wood burner if the weather hadn’t been so nice. I stayed with my partner and our dog and we had an absolutely lovely time. I would highly recommend and definitely stay again. Sandie, Johnny and Flynn

We had a great stay in Salcombe and the views from the house were great. The hill was a challenge but seemed to get easier each time we walked up it. The house met our needs perfectly and the kitchen had everything you could possibly want. Gail was very responsive to any message we sent and was very kind to let us in early because of the rain! We had a cousin's wedding in Salcombe and it was the perfect place for our family to stay. We loved the quiet area where Poachers Pocket is located, the view of the creek from the living room and the top bedroom is special and it was a perfect short attractive walk along the edge of the creek into Salcombe with all its vibrancy and fun. We met some friendly neighbours and some of us bravely took a dip there at high tide. We will always have some really good memories of our few days there.

The Old Sunday School is incredible. Property: 5* in every way, super clean, lush decor, smells like a spa! parking is right outside. the patio and view are stunning. bathrooms, shower all amazing. comfy bed, lots of storage space. Hosts: Jay and Lisa are lovely, they are next door but not imposing at all. super helpful and knowledgeable, we enjoyed chatting to them. Leonard is obviously the most important one and he is adorable! Area: the field below the patio was superb for our 2 black labradors, just a short walk away is a woodland walk, just magical in the early morning sunshine. short drive are some lovely country parks and places to eat. the super generous welcome gifts were very much enjoyed. we can't wait to book a return visit.

The property was as described, in great condition, very clean and full of useful stuff. Has amazing views from the top bedroom. The walk to town was not as bad as expected and parking wasn’t a problem for our 3 cars. Heidi was very attentive host, responding to our messages very quickly and even got a replacement remote control for the TV within 24 hours. Great stay

Salcombe is just beautiful. Most people know about the amazing beaches and fantastic estuary views ... but the countryside is spectacular too. This place really shows this side off.

Our stay on Raleigh Road was fantastic, the house was quirky and spacious. Matched the description and was perfect for us 4 adults and 3 children. With the addition of the high tide annex there could easily have been 2 more adults. Very clean and had a lot of essentials which places don’t normally stock. Location was good albeit a steep decline to the harbour, extremely convenient shop across the road. Would definitely visit again!

Great flat, light, airy, spacious, comfortable and very clean. Comfortable bed, great shower and a great kitchen, fully equipped with plenty of plates, glasses, saucepans etc. The flat is really well situated, 4 mins walk from the station and 5 from town where there are some very good restaurants, lots of independent shops and a lovely little market on Friday and Saturday. Don’t miss the wonderful Totnes cinema. We so enjoyed our stay and hope to come back.

We stayed at The ApARTment for 4 nights and loved our stay. We were a group of 4 adults and had plenty of space. The setting is beautiful, with great views from the living space of the surrounding hills, down into Dartmouth, and across to Kingswear. You could happily sit and stare at the view for hours! Simon and Theresa were brilliant hosts. Theresa was very communicative via messages and really welcoming when we arrived. Simon had some good recommendations for places to eat. Both were really friendly and relaxed when we bumped into them. All amenities are as listed and we had no problems self catering. The kitchen had everything we needed. The furnishings are comfortable and the whole place was immaculately clean. Finished with an artistic touch, including some of Simon's own work, the decoration is fantastic! It was walkable to Dartmouth for those that dont mind some hills! We wouldnt hesitate to book again, and I'd recommend The ApARTment to anyone.

A beautiful apartment just a short walk away from the centre of Torquay. Dean was very helpful. I would happily stay here again.

The perfect place for a trip to Brixham. Location was less than a 5 minute walk into the harbour, the cottage was spotlessly clean, had all the facilities needed. Communication with Rebecca was great and we even had a late check out! Cookies were left with some milk in the fridge! Lovely touch. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at The Loft. It was delightfully clean, extremely comfortable and very well equipped. The surroundings and grounds are beautiful and peaceful. Although Halwell House was not easy to find, Diana provided detailed directions so we did not go wrong and was always available to give help and advice. We are certainly hoping to make a return visit before too long.

Beautiful apartment with stunning views. brand new bathroom with walk in shower and lovely Neal's Yard products which smell amazing. Welcome pack of food goodies including milk, butter, croissants cheese, jam, marmalade and a bowl full of fresh fruit. Couldn't have asked more from our hosts Lynne and Neal. Gregor’s place was perfect for our stay in south Devon. Comfortable and everything we needed as a family. The boys loved the swing in the garden and the snakes and ladders. It was close to some beautiful beaches and the nearby newton ferrers and Noss mayo were pretty. Recommend the green deli cafe! And the ship inn.

We've stayed at many Airbnb's but have to say Luke's place was one of the best. Quiet surroundings, an easy walk into town and a beautiful, scented garden to enjoy your coffee (machine supplied). In fact, Luke's place had everything you'd need for a perfect beach holiday. Prosecco and cream tea much appreciated. Would definitely stay again.
