Recently and lovingly restored Torbay Villa. This family home has a games/cinema room dining room and kitchen, 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a sunny south-west facing garden including a 10m x 5m swimming pool(open May - Sept). It is a 15 min walk to Meadfoot beach and a 7 min walk to Anstey's cove. There is a small high street with a supermarket, a deli, a pub, a post office and some more shops and restaurants a 5 minute walk from the house and its a 20 minute walk to the town and harbour.

Situated in a peaceful tranquil area which offers a variety of facilities and amenities including a shared all -year-round indoor heated pool, laundry room, fishing lake, outdoor area picnic tables and barbecue area. The place is half an hour from Bude with beautiful beaches and Dartmoor area where the famous landmark Haytor can be seen on a clear day.
