Townhome vacation rentals in Sakyo Ward

We really enjoyed our stay here! It is conveniently located near a bus station (2mins) and a subway station (15mins). The house was clean and had all the necessary amenities. Instructions were very clear and everything in the house was labeled to prevent any confusion. Something to consider if travelling with older people is the steep steps that are required to go from the sleeping area to the bathroom. The host Minnie was very friendly and quick to respond! We appreciated the recommendations and added amenities that made the stay even more comfortable. Minnie was accommodating and allowed us to store our luggage past checkout. Would love to stay here again!

Ich war total zufrieden mit diesem Gästehaus. Als aller erstes bekommt man eine detaillierte Unterweisung über die ganzen Funktionen usw. Würde es jedem empfehlen der in Osaka ein paar Nächte verbringen möchte.

Dans un quartier tranquille et agréable (beaucoup de bons restaurants abordables à proximité), voici une maison typiquement japonaise impeccablement organisée, très spacieuse pour un couple, avec des détails charmants (le jardin intérieur jouxtant la chambre à coucher) et une hôtesse très réactive. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter!

这次和朋友一起入住了Jasmin的民宿，是一件传统日式房屋。根据房东提供的指引十分方便地就找到了民宿，使用密码自主入住，所以不用担心赶不上check in的时间。民宿离JR站稍微有点距离但不构成问题。民宿空间非常大，有两间卧室和一间客厅。所有房间都打扫的很干净，榻榻米都一尘不染。厨房设备完备，提供全套餐具还有基础的调味料。房东响应也很及时，我们入住时洗衣机出了点问题，联系房东后房东立马就派人来上门维修，等我们外出归来时洗衣机已工作正常，还帮我们把衣物放进了洗衣机进行清洗。当我们不知去哪解决晚饭时，房东向我们推荐了家烤肉店，烤肉十分美味价格也不贵😋Jasmin是为很热情的房东，非常推荐她的这家民宿。

My cousin and their family had an enjoyable stay. The house was clean, stylish, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Tomoko San was very responsive and friendly, making the check-in process quite smooth and answering any questions. I would recommend it to all my friends.

This house is lovely awesome and perfectly clean. Our stay was wonderful and more worth the price. The private onsen inside the tiny Japanese garden is beautiful. The location is very quiet, near the river and less 5 minutes by walk from the station and konbini. Everything you need is provided inside the house, so you don’t have to worry about

Wow, et fantastisk lille hus i et roligt område. Vi har været så glade for at bo i Mayumis bolig, hvor alting bare var i orden. Og en vært som var sød og kommunikativ. Klart en kæmpe anbefaling!

This was by far our favorite place to stay in all of Japan! The traditional style of the home was an amazing experience. I will never get over this airbnb! Not far from the bus and had amazing views of the temple! 😇😇😇

If I could give the host 6 stars, I would. We were travelling with 3 young children. The host is very responsive and answered our enquiries promptly. Our requests to leave our luggages at the unit before check in time and pick up later after check out time were also fulfilled and those were life-savers. There are Family mart, 7-eleven and many eateries nearby. Within walking distance from Jr station and some bus stations. The place was quite at night and we had peaceful sleep. We will definitely choose this unit again if we were to come to Kyoto again.

Yukari’s listing was just like the pictures. Every appliance worked great, it was very clean, and it’s a very beautiful style.

We were very happy with our stay. Apartment was spacious for the two of us. High water pressure, instant hot water, good AC, adequate kitchen utensils and basic seasonings. Host was responsive and helpful. Having bed linens changed every few days was a nice bonus.

My husband, our two children (ages 6 and 7), and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this charming, classic Japanese home. The heated flooring, tatami mats, and low beds created a cozy and authentic atmosphere that we truly appreciated. The kitchen was practical and well-kept, making it easy to prepare meals. The bathrooms were clean and comfortable, and the washing machines and dryer worked perfectly. It was a delightful and memorable stay for our whole family.

We were so thankful to stay at Riri’s place. It was the perfection location and there are so many great restaurants near by! The home itself is beautiful and the amenities are great! 3 people stayed and we had enough room in the house to be comfortable. When I come back go Kyoto again, I will stay here.

We had a wonderful stay with family and friends from all over the world. 20 of us stayed and we had plenty of space. We felt right at home. Very convenient location, near Kyoto station but far enough to be in a quiet local area, with small bars and sento! Thank you for being a great host!

Kazuma君的住所是日本傳統的和氏住宅，對於來京都的旅行者來說非常契合。我第一次來日本，被京都的古韻所震撼，也很高興可以連續3天體驗日本傳統的住宿方式。Kazuma君非常熱情，主動提供了很多出行建議，也非常及時地回應我的需求。儘管我不會日語，無法深入交易，Kazuma君仍然盡其所能地讓我感到賓至如歸。我選擇的一樓靠屋內，開門可以看到日式小花園。我對入住體驗感到開心，感謝Kazuma和Mirei夫婦的款待。

Nette Unterkunft zentral in Kyoto gelegen. Es gibt alles was man braucht. Es war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Alles wie beschrieben. Für eine Familie mit Kindern und viel Gepäck geeignet aber man muss kreativ sein mit Ablageflaechen. Treppe ist steil und für sehr kleine Kinder schwierig zu gehen. Unsere 5 und 7 Jahre alten Kinder kamen gut zurecht.

We enjoyed our stay here! Great location right next to a popular ramen restaurant and close to the Kyoto station and bus stops. Beautiful home and great amenities! Karen was great with communication! 10/10 would recommend!

Kazuma and Mirei were an incredible host. They were extremely nice and kind. You receive a really warm welcome to their home and you'll sleep in a traditional Japanese tatami house. I was in love with my room. I hope I had this kind of room at home too. You got heaters and AC if you are cold or hot and you got everything you need. And you can use the kitchen, bathroom and living room if you need it. Kazuma is really helpful because he shows you good places to go in Kyoto and have some fun around the city. He was really helpful with everything. He is really nice and funny guy. I had a really good time there. Definitely I'll come back here!

Dieses japanische Haus hat mir richtig gut gefallen! Es wirkt total traditionell und gemütlich. Den kleinen Baum im mittleren Bereich finde ich sehr spannend, macht das ganze auch sehr freundlich. Die Einrichtung ist schön schlicht und trotzdem geschmackvoll. Auch die Lage war top. Es ist ruhig, aber trotzdem nah genug dran, um alles gut zu erreichen. Würde jederzeit wiederkommen! Man freut sich immer wieder nach langen Touren durch die Stadt und die Umgebung, wenn man wieder zurück ist :) So habe ich mir meine Kyotoerfahrung vorgestellt!
