Masanobu is a great host!, he provided a map of the area with a legend of what’s around the area, he’s very friendly and kind, would definitely recommend, the place is about an hours walk from the main city or the nearest train station is a 15 to 20 minute walk and it takes you straight to Kyoto station!!

The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, yet it is close to some very interesting places to visit. Kaz is very responsive and friendly. The apartment is a little small but given the location and price, I think it is good value for money. The apartment comes with all the amenities a traveller would need. Overall, a great place to stay a little away from the busy downtown.

This is a charming place in Kyoto. So many wonderful places walking distance. The unit was spacious, spotless, and traditional. We felt very safe and comfortable. I highly recommend coming here if you visit Kyoto.

Sean is an excellent host who responded to my many queries, due to my sister getting ill, instantly and comprehensively. The room is really lovely and very quiet, in a great location, close to underground, shops and easy to find. I highly recommend this gorgeous place.

the location was at a great place, right next to fushimi inari shrine. had your own room and your own washing machine. the host was proactive and friendly.

My family of four stayed together.The room was also clean and comfortable.There was a supermarket in front of me, and there were many other restaurants, so I had no trouble eating.It is in front of the station, but it is also a little down an alley, so it was nice and not noisy.I would definitely use it again!

This cozy apartment offers excellent amenities and is situated in a central, walkable location. I felt completely at home during my stay, with the convenience of returning for breaks. The sauna and cold tub were fantastic additions. I highly recommend this place for a minimalist getaway.

Staying at the Gion house was an absolute treat. It was the best airbnbs we have stayed in. Curtis and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They gave excellent recommendations and were very responsive to any questions we had. The atmosphere was beautiful and we appreciated the attention to detail of the historic home. We would highly recommend staying here and we would definitely return!

Our stay at Playzendo was perfect! Great location and the washer made it easy to refresh and clean our clothes. Highly recommend if you need an easy and convenient spot to stay in Kyoto!

Very nice located near Kyoto Station, also close by To-Ji temple, you can see the Pagoda through the room window :). Place was very clean, there is elevator, small kitchen, washing machine and small fridge. I recommend it.

The room is simple overall but fully equipped, and the details are very good. The room is also larger and more comfortable than the hotel, but when navigating with Google Maps, the address is deviated, and it leads to a market. After changing to Apple Maps, I found the correct address. Everyone can check again when navigating.

Everything was amazing! So worth it for our stay~ we loved the area so much, and it is so close to the train stations when getting by~ the host was awesome especially with responding. The place is very close to a nursery indeed, so children can be heard in the mornings, but we did not find this an issue as we were up early and going around the area~ We very much enjoyed our stay and most definitely recommend it to everyone !!

Very beautiful Flat we felt really at ease in there and everything was as described. It’s hitting away from the crowd so we had a really nice and peaceful experience.

I had an amazing stay here with my family of 4. The place is very comfortable, clean and cozy. It is within walking distance to Taisho station and Kyocera Dome. The host is very helpful and responsive, answered my questions promptly and did his very best to accomodate my requests. I highly recommend this place!

I chose this accommodation because it was close to Nanba Station, and it was really close, so it was so convenient, and it was nice to have all the necessary supplies. I want to come to this accommodation again when I come to Osaka later.

K/H did an amazing job as a host and making me feel welcome during my stay in Kyoto. Their clear directions made the stay seamless. Noise around the bnb was not as bad as expected ( rail line by the apartment), and it didn’t impact my sleep at all! Thanks again!

The place is very clean. We enjoyed the shower with good water pressure. One of the bed had harder mattress and the other one was softer which is perfect for us. Laundry dries very quickly with the balcony. The host has prepared tissues, ear buds, shaving cream and laundry detergent which made the stay very comfortable. There are two Lawsons and 7 eleven nearby. A subway exit with lift nearby. I would recommend my friends and family to stay here.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The place was spotless, with both indoor and outdoor bathtubs that made for a truly relaxing experience. It’s incredibly cozy and well-designed, with a perfect location—just a short walk to the subway and the river. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Kyoto!

We had a great stay in Layla’s apartment. The laundry machine was very handy after being on the road for almost 3 weeks. The patio was nice to get some fresh air. There was no corkscrew but we found one down the street at a local bar. Great food options nearby and so walkable. Also a very quiet apartment. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay! The location was great being right above a station and next to a 7/11. It was spacious and clean.

The location is great and the place was clean and comfortable. The only minor point is the fact that the entrance door and the toilet door of the bedroom on the 4th floor is a bit low, hence tall people like me might hit their head more than once...
