Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Saitama

Unit was very spacious and host was responsive. Close walking distance from station, and the few grocery/convenience stores in the area. Unit was clean, had AMAZING furniture. Area is quiet and peaceful. Would recommend for others and for future stays.

Nice authentic Japanese home in a quieter part of Tokyo, a few nice bars and restaurants around. There are not many English speakers in Ōji so you should learn some Japanese phrases to help you

There is no word to say how much we loved our stay. We felt at home and we really enjoyed meeting Jun and Kayo. They are wonderful persons and their house is at their image. We spent 4 nights but could have stayed 2 weeks there. The region is very authentic and Jun gave us a lot of suggestions of things to do. We will definitely come back if we return to Japan.

우리 가족에게는 너무나 훌륭한 공간이었습니다. 첫 해외 여행을 이곳으로 결정한 것은 정말 잘한 선택이었습니다. 아기자기한 소품과 향수를 불러일으킬 고전적인 장치들과 구조는 마음을 떨리게 하였고 아이를 위한 공간이 있어서 전혀 지루해하지 않았습니다. 2층에서 내려오질 않더군요. 주변은 조용하고 일본의 고즈넉함을 느낄수 있으며 기차가 있어서 감정을 더욱 고조시키는 숙소입니다. 다른 분에게도 추천드릴 예정이며, 유미님의 친절하고 빠른 응대에 진심으로 감사합니다. 아이를 키우는 입장으로써 바쁘실텐데 많은 배려를 보여주셨습니다. 다시 한번 감사드립니다.

UU's place is really great! UU is probably the most meticulous host I've ever seen before. She gave us really detailed instructions on everything, prepared everything to fit the number of the guests. Her place is very clean, very beautiful, and very modern. However since her place has lots of stairs, people who have difficulty in taking stairs or people who have heavy luggage and struggle in carrying them upstair should be careful.

It was a beautiful place to stay & unwind after a long day in the city. Lovely local neighborhood with kind & helpful people. Lots of little shops & convenience stores forgot something or wanted to leave extra room 7/11 or bargain store bear by to eat & stock your needs 😀. amazing bathroom to recover from the day in. loved tge body & hair products in fact I bought some to take home. Japan is amazing 👏 and so is this Airbnb everything was as described, she was very kind, helpful & her response was always quick. I would stay here again if I could...

Прекрасные апартаменты, из которых не хочется уезжать, есть абсолютно все для комфортного пребывания, хозяйка очень предупредительная и отзывчивая, остались очень довольны! С удовольствием приехали бы снова.

El alojamiento se encuentra a unos 6 minutos de la estación Tobu Nerima, muy bien conectada con cualquier lugar de Tokio. Desde allí se puede llegar a todos lados sin inconveniente. El vecindario es muy tranquilo y con tiendas cerca abiertas 24 horas. El departamento es cómodo para dos personas y más grande de lo que parece en fotos. Estaba súper limpio. Recomendación: si sos una persona mayor o demasiado alta, el baño te va a quedar un poco chico. Es muy bajito y hay que levantar la pierna para la bañera. Yo no tuve inconveniente. El anfitrión súper atento a todo.

Kaori was a wonderful host - very responsive, kind, and helpful. She owns a cafe on the first floor of the property and upon arrival she offered us complimentary tea and cakes (they were both excellent). The rental unit was well-kept with a pleasant retro aesthetic.

We loved our stay at Kazumi’s! The location is perfect with the station only a few meters away and shops with all you need across the street. The station is easy to travel from to get to various parts of the city and as long as you are able to carry your luggage up two flights of stairs, I would highly recommend it! :) Kazumi is an amazing host and answered questions both day and night even before we entered the country. The home was absolutely perfect for what we needed and we would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Kazumi, for a great stay!

Just a 10 minute walk from Kawaguchi Station which has all the shopping malls and restaurants just on the other side, this location was perfect for us. The accommodation was a great size to spend 10 days in, the beds are really comfortable and the living room and dining area provided a great place to work. Emiko also left a whole book of instructions and recommendations making our stay super easy.

Bonjour, nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille, l'appartement est spacieux et propre, si vous suivez les instructions de l'hôte, il sera très facile de trouver votre chemin de la gare à l'hébergement. Nous avons beaucoup aimé le quartier, loin des foules de touristes et plus authentique, grande diversité de commerces et de restaurants. Si nous avons l'opportunité, nous reviendrons. 😊

I booked this apartment at the last minute due to a disruption at my previous accommodation. Even by Japanese standards, it is incredibly clean, and it is almost double the size of the average small Japanese Airbnb. My favourite thing about it is how well it is stocked/furnished - it has cutlery, cooking utensils, pots, pans, a washing machine, stain remover, etc. Whoever cleans and re-stocks the apartment is really good at their job! Also, even though I kept extending my stay at the last minute, they were very accommodating. Unfortunately I had to leave some bigger pieces of rubbish in the room, and they waived the cleaning fee. The only downside is it takes about 50min to get into Shinjuku/Shibuya area.

숙소가 신주쿠나 시부야 같은 관광지와 살짝 동떨어져있는 것만 빼면 완벽했습니다! 한적한 동네에 깨끗한 숙소라 편히 묵을 수 있었습니다☺️👍

交通方便，去热门打卡点都比较顺，而且民宿离地铁站很近，步行5分钟左右。自助入住，时间比较自由。房间很整洁，当天会调好水温和房间温度等我们入住。最后一天还送了小礼物，很温馨。性价比比较高～

The property made us feel right at home. Han and Johnny were both very responsive during communication and displayed generocity of spirit by allowing us an early check-in, and we left our luggage at the apartment for a few hours after check-out. We were greatful for that. The layout of the apartment is very functional. We were a group of 6 people and each had their own private space. The property is very clean. The only thing that might deter others is the distance between Kita Cita and popular areas like Shibuya / Shinjuku by train. It takes some time, but what we loved about the location was getting out of the main chaos that is Tokyo, and the area Kita City added a local flavour with lots of affortable restaurants that is part of the overall experience. I will book this property again.

A really nice, clean place with lots of amenities that i would need. It was farther the time on the description to reach the station but i think it depends on the person. The only problem i had was that because the stairs are narrow and no elevators, it was pretty hard carry a luggage up and down the stairs, if you had lots of luggage.

A great place for a stay of several days. Perfect for getting to both Narita airport and Tokyo city center!

Great hostel ! Everything is very tidy, the kitchen is convenient and the host is very kind :) It is obviously a bit far from Tokyo, but you can ride the subway easily to get everywhere. Also we really enjoyed the cute and peaceful neighborhood ! We recommend trying the mochis/daifuku and other rice specialties from the little shop next door 😉

Wohnung ist in der oberste 11. Etage. Toller Ausblick. Hinweis: Wir hatten den 72h Tokyo Subway Ticket gekauft und nicht berücksichtigt, dass man mit diesem Ticket nur mit Nachzahlung bis nach JR Kameari fahren kann. Wir mussten also jedes mal bei ein- und aussteigen extra bezahlen. Viele Essenmöglichkeit in der Umgebung. Mall ist direkt vor der Haustür. Wohnung ist relativ weit vom Zentrum entfernt, dafür ist die Wohnung relatov günstig. Mit dem Bus in Kameari sind wir nonstop bis nach Disney gefahren.
