The room for guests is very spacious and very clean and beautiful, the price is very affordable, because I came to Chai Fu by car alone, they picked me up at the station, and drove me to the station when I left.There is a very kind couple and three cute kittens. They invite me to dinner and we chat while eating. Although we are from different countries, we talk a lot about things in our respective countries, and we also discuss certain issues together. For me, they are like grandparents.Japanese breakfast is served in the morning, but they will ask for my opinion the night before.The night before the trip, we had dinner and chatted together. The hostess asked me if I had worn a Japanese yukata before. I said no. She took out a kimono from the cabinet and asked me to try it on. I thought it looked very good, so she gave it to me.Although it was a short stay, it left a deep impression on me, and I felt the warmth from the world!

The room and bathroom were neatly arranged and relaxed.The breakfast with local ingredients and the host's ingredients was delicious, and the fun conversation was a good memory.It was my first time sightseeing in Chichibu, but it was a very pleasant trip with various recommendations.I was impressed by the host's local love and hospitality for the next generation, both at home and abroad.I hope that such a lovely private lodging will spread more in Japan.Thank you for a memorable time.

Fumito and Makoto were very friendly and welcoming hosts and we were very happy with oyr stay. They answered my questions quickly before coming and while making our way to the house. The room has mats on the floor and the windows also have that classic japanese look, which we thought was perfect for our first stay in Japan :) There is also a small kitchen, a separate bathroom and toilet, and a coin operated washing machine, which was very useful. You have to travel a bit to get to central Tokyo, but we appreciated getting into the commuter lifestyle. We didn't explore the area a lot, but there are a few places to eat and drink by Narimasu station, and we would recommend the bar with the English name "Ambassador Hoshino" where we spent a fun night with the locals!

The most loving and caring host, with three cats to accompany her. Mitsuyo was welcoming instantly. We went to a festival together with her friends and it was the most fun I had while staying in Saitama/Tokyo. Jiji and Guu-chan warmed up instantly, with Jiji sleeping in bed with me a couple times. As a cat lover this was a great bonus- a snuggly friend to sleep with. Ba-chan warmed up near the end, a shy cat for sure haha. I felt so sad leaving and going to my next destination, as I truly felt cared for and didn't want to leave that. I hope to visit/stay again sometime, as I couldn't have found a better place to stay.

Nozomi is very good host. From the first time I booked her house, she is very communicative and helpful. Everything in her house is clean and compact. every thing what you need is there. and surprisingly, we are lucky because her husband had something to do near narita airport, so she offer to pick up at the airport.. which is very good. best part because it is the first time for us in japan.and she also help us at the last day to send our luggage from the convience store to our next stay. thank you very much for being a great house nozomi

We are very happy and comfortable staying at ayumi place. this is my first time staying airbnb with host family but i dont find uncomfortable at all. The whole house is sparkling clean, the matress are so comfortable, everynight we can sleep very well like a baby. One more thing is super like is the panasonic hair dryer with turbo setting it dried my hair in 2 minutes. Ayumi family are so cheerful and kind, her baby girl is so kawaii, staying at her house make us feel like staying at relative house. Location wise i find is good too just 30 minutes to shinjuku station and just 2 minutes walk to kita toda station. We wish to be able to stay at Ayumi place again next time when we visit Tokyo again.

My friends and I had such a good and relaxing time at Kounosuke-san and Yoko-san's home. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel incredibly welcome and were always available to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our stay special. The ambiance inside their home is wonderful . We felt deeply connected to nature, from the beautiful decor to the peaceful surroundings. It was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. If you’re looking for a cozy and serene getaway, I highly recommend staying at this place.

A cozy and homey airbnb. Felt like a grandchild coming back to stay with their grandparents. Felt welcomed and also very well taken care of! Super glad to have stayed here and would love to go back to stay with them again if we return to chichibu.

Really pleasant place in a lovely neighbourhood. the room was large and very clean and the owner offered both to set up a bath for me if I wanted and also made me breakfast (Yakionigiri) in the morning which was amazing!
