Small village house on one level

My place is close to public transport and in the heart of the village and its shops(bakery, grocery store, pizzeria) The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Rochefort (museum, royal rope factory, Hermione), 30 minutes from La Rochelle, 15 minutes from the beaches (Fouras) and 45 minutes from the islands (Ré and Oléron). You'll love my place because of the neighborhood, the comfort, and its many amenities. My place is perfect for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families.

800 meters from the beaches and the port of Cotinière, in a small typical Oleron alley, between an old well and its hollyhocks, is a small donkey farm renovated into a guest room with its bathroom and private patio. We had a lovely stay, very nice accommodation as well as the pool which always makes a little extra, the breakfast at the top! We didn't run out of anything. Airbnb in a homestay, bed and breakfast, as it was originally. Annie and Bruno are very welcoming, friendly and know how to make us feel comfortable. With the discussion, their good knowledge of the place allowed us to reorient our stay, especially given the time and our interest in the history of the island. Bedroom and breakfast, nickel! Homestay and not in a room dedicated to airbnb, there is life:) I recommend for any stay on Île de Ré. Thanks

Charming B&B in a delightful little village close to the sea. Very peaceful stay in a beautiful old house with tranquil garden. Corinne and Phillipe were wonderfully friendly and helpful. We were greeted with a drink on our arrival, perfect after a long day of cycling.

Everything was perfect! From the welcome to breakfast to the cleanliness of the room. We were welcomed by Doriane who recommended plenty of activities and plenty of restaurants nearby. This is a completely separate room from the owners' house. We loved the breakfasts, they were different every morning! A pleasure to wake up and see that everything is ready on the outdoor table 😊 We stayed 3 nights which allowed us to visit La Rochelle and Île de Ré. I recommend this very quiet and soothing place. The bedding is of good quality.

A very nice quiet place to rest and unwind. Very nice tidy accommodation, very clean, bright and spacious. Breakfast is delicious with homemade products. The view is nice on the terrace, which shelters a very nice olive tree. The owners are charming and caring. It feels like home. I will come back and recommend it 100%.

In July/August 2024, we spent our summer vacation with Micheline and Paul. We won't soon forget the 17 days in their guest house with a beautiful garden, old trees, vegetables, fruit and a pool (!)! There were three of us accommodated in a good 35 m² + impeccable bathroom with shower. The large room shines in maritime colors - even matched to the wooden shutters of the windows! The interior is very pretty and at the same time practically designed. We were allowed to use a common room with fridge, microwave and dishes as well as even cook "fast noodles" or eggs in the private kitchen on request. The great garden with terrace and pool was always available to us. Very lovingly and with a lot of commitment we were provided for, advised and looked after beyond all expectations! The very personal and warm contact touched us very much and incredibly enriched our vacation beyond the beautiful area! Thanks Micheline and Paul!!! :-)
