House of 75M2 located 10 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes from shops. The house is composed of 2 bedrooms with a 200X160 bed and a 190X140 bed ( sheets not provided) plus an extra bed 190x90 (suitable for a child but not for an adult) 20m terrace facing south. The accommodation has wi-fi access and a TV (Netflix access only). ⚠️ IMPORTANT Towels and sheets are not provided thank you I remain available if you have any additional questions.

We will share access to the house and the garden but you have accommodation with independent entrance to the living room offering a bed for 2 people as well as an equipped kitchen, a large bathroom and a bathroom. a separate toilet. The house is located in a very quiet area, a few steps from the ocean. (500 m) It faces south, south-west, with an unoverlooked terrace, the garden overlooks the vineyard. Parking is free and bike paths are nearby. Ideal for 4 people, I can accommodate 5 people, with either an extra baby bed (baby bed) or an extra bed in the living room. Departure cleaning is included in the price.

Accommodation built in summer 2020, fully equipped, between Sainte Marie and La Noue, it is perfectly located. Easy to park, Carrefour Contact is only 200 m away for shopping, 10 minutes' walk to the beach. This is the perfect place for your short and long stays in Sainte Marie! I always provide bed sheets and towels. A key box is available for self check-in.
