This self-contained apartment is separate to the main property where the owners live all year round. The 36m² apartment boasts a double ensuite, lounge & kitchen with its own balcony. The lounge sofa unfolds into a double bed. In the secluded garden is a 10m x5m pool with roman end and alarm that can be used from June to September. Brick built bbq.

"Pénélopé the house of well-being" welcomes you in a house of more than 300 m2, an outbuilding transformed into a 120 m2 room, as well as 2 hectares of greenery, animals: chickens, goats, cats.
