Lovely cosy cottage for one or two set on our little French farm in the beautiful and peaceful North Dordogne countryside. The cottage is nestled in 30 acres of fields and woodland where you can watch our many animals pottering around enjoying their sunny French retirement! We are halfway between the pretty villages of Mialet and Saint-Jory-de-Chalais which are well serviced with shops, bars, restaurants and boulangeries. Both villages are less than 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

Hyper center, in a Hausmannian building, close to everything (shops, cinema, museums, train station (10'), A20 highway (5'), bus (1')...), fully equipped one-room apartment, comfortable on the 2nd floor of an old service staircase (steep), bedroom/living room, kitchen, shower room and dressing room, modern decor. I live in the accommodation just above for any need or information during the stay. Rentals for illegal activities will be reported to the police and subject to prosecution.

Welcoming and private 45 m² apartment on the 1st floor of our annexe. Independent entrance and parking. Edge of village but within 5 minutes of shops and restaurants. Great views across our land and lake. Bright and clean accommodation. Ideal stopover for work or on route to the south and on to Spain; or for longer stays to explore the local area with its' medieval towns and chateaux, apples and madeleines, porcelain, limousin beef and cul noir pigs.

This small apartment is located on the ground floor of a large house, on a quiet street between Place Carnot and Parc Thuyas, a 20-minute walk to the hyper center. It consists of a small living room with equipped kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a bedroom that opens onto a private and shaded courtyard. (I accept short stays but for the sake of ecological responsibility, I no longer provide linens except on request. €12 supplement)

The apartment is on the 1st floor, it is quiet, well-equipped and very bright. It is close to the Faculty of Science, IUT, OIEAU, Beaublanc Stadium and CHU. You can walk to a big shopping mall. A convenience store/service station very close, is open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Bus line 8 is 100 m away and serves the city center, which is 2 km away. The apartment is very close to the main roads. RENTAL PROHIBITED TO ESCORTS. Fiber WiFi by Bouygues.

Charming little studio house.

Come and enjoy the calm of the Limousin countryside in a pleasant little studio house. The accommodation includes a kitchenette, shower room, room with a 140 bed and dining area. The small house is heated with a wood burning stove. Guests can relax on the terrace. The property has a large garden. The house is 12 km from the A20 highway and 30 minutes from Limoges. For two-wheeled travelers (bicycles, motorcycles) I have a barn to shelter them.

The studio is fully equipped: comfortable bed, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, high-speed internet, smart tv, shower gel, shampoo and towel. In addition to this private studio, you have access to a beautiful shared room. This one is composed of a large kitchen, a laundry room as well as a self-service grain coffee maker. Ideally located, you'll find plenty of free parking nearby, a cafeteria, and a supermarket just steps away from the property.

In a large contemporary wooden house located on the heights of the commune of Saint Cyprien in Corrèze, we have chosen to allocate part of our home to vacation rental to have the pleasure of discovering our beautiful environment. While in the countryside, the Tuillère cottage is also at the gates of Brive-la-Gaillarde and close to the remarkable villages of Saint-Robert, Turenne, Collonges-la-Rouge and the tourist sites of Dordogne and Lot.

Need to recharge? Treat yourself to a quiet moment in our small, recently renovated, simple and friendly waterfront cabin. On-site walking trails with waterfalls and marked trails. Conveniently located 10 min from Lac des Bariousses, 15 min from Treignac and 30 min from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy on site tennis activities, a walk in the forest or along the river at no extra cost. You can also fish on the pond.

Il comprend une cuisine, une chambre, Salle de bain (espace partagé avec la chaufferie et la pompe de la piscine) et WC. Vous bénéficiez également de l’accès à la piscine (mise en service de juin à mi septembre). Nous sommes également idéalement situés dans la campagne pour les randonneurs, vttistes et coureurs (trail).
