Great location for visiting La Rochelle and the surrounding area. Clean and functional accommodation. Difficult access to the small parking lot.

Franck is a very nice host and very attentive to our needs. He was very responsive to all our requests with a smile and good humor. The accommodation is superb, the green spaces are very well maintained, surely one of our best we on airbnb!!

Christelle's place was excellent for our family of 4: clean, comfortable and very accessible to the center of town. Christelle personally welcomed us into the unit, and provided several helpful recommendations. We enjoyed the balcony for an afternoon "apéro" and coffee in the living room which faces a quiet courtyard. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. La Rochelle is a gem!

We couldn't have dreamed of a better place for a romantic weekend in La Rochelle. Everything was there: the decor, the layout, the comfort, the cleanliness and the proximity to the city center. We highly recommend this place and will come back for sure!

The apartment is great overall for family of 4. 1 large, but shared bathroom. No separate WC. Some age on the furnishings. Well laid out and had all housewares needed. Decor is curated. Excellent location. Friendly and accommodating host. (AC would have made this an even better stay. )

Pleasant and very welcoming hosts, very sunny, functional, complete accommodation, impeccable bedding, linens and towels available are a plus. The terrace is great with its electric awning. Teddy is very friendly, and gave us recommendations on the activities available in La Rochelle and its surroundings! The jacuzzi and terrace are a real plus!! I would recommend it 100%. We had a great time at Antoine's place. Everything was as described, a very warm environment to feel at home. A terrace that is a plus on sunny days. The parking space and bike storage are really assets when you know the difficulty (and price) of parking in Saint Martin. We strongly recommend!
