Very nice 55 m2 duplex apartment on the 2nd floor. 2 minutes from the old port (all the fun without the hassle), 5 minutes from the central market and 7 minutes from the train station: perfect for enjoying all the many charms of La Rochelle on foot. The view is relaxing, without direct neighbors: the living room to the south overlooks a small private square and the 2 bedrooms, to the north, overlook the canal and the Saint-Sauveur Church (17th century). Suitable for two adults with two children, or for four adults.

We had an absolutely perfect stay in Antoine's house. Everything is thought out for the comfort of the guests: the house is very well equipped, decorated with great taste and extremely clean. The location is ideal, close to everything while remaining quiet, perfect for a relaxing holiday. The garden is a real little piece of paradise, ideal for convivial family moments around the plancha, or to relax in the jacuzzi after a busy day. The house is absolutely as advertised. All the comforts are there to accommodate a family or friends (kitchen equipment, games and accessories for children, barbecue and smoking room). The land is beautiful, very well maintained by Cathy and her husband. In addition, Cathy was very welcoming, attentive, sharing, always ready to answer the slightest question with a smile and the utmost precision. And finally, a big thank you to her for the afternoon spent gently removing splinters from our little Eden's hand. We'll be back for sure!

It was a great time at Nicolas's! The residence is very nice, quiet, charming, well located to access the village of La Flotte on foot easily, close to the waterfront. We had a hot weather and the apartment, with the shutters closed, remains cool. The pool is a great plus. The exchanges with Nicolas were very cordial. He is responsive, accommodating, and gives valuable local and practical information. The studio is well arranged, with nice decoration, good bedding, all the necessary dishes and the flowery terrace is ideal for outdoor breakfasts. ☀️ The table set on our arrival gives a touch of hospitality that we enjoyed. We'll be happy to go back!

We have very good memories of our time (5 nights) in this comfortable stay! Françoise received us warmly and hospitably. The amenities were excellent and everything was in accordance with the photos and the description. The studio was taken care of with a lot of love and attention to details. The use of the swimming pool was particularly welcome! (the outside temperature was 30 degrees.) We also gratefully used the bicycles. We have had a nice time!
