Studio in artist atelier 10km from the atlantic

Every year in August, we invite friends, artists and architects to produce their projects and work with us at "Maison Merveille". We are a non profit organization and the one room we rent will help finance some of our production costs to improve the quality of the house and atelier. The house is located in the center of little town Saint Vincent de Tyrosse. It is a good location if you want to explore the region's amazing diversity of nature, landscapes and beaches. Casaloft- Loft (optional private Jacuzzi)

The loft is located in a quiet area at the back of our garden. Not overlooked . 3 min from shops, and 15 min from the beach (Hossegor/Seignosse) by car. You will have the choice of having an outdoor SPA/JACUZZI available for an additional fee (40 euros per night of booking, accessible until 1:00 a.m. Our animal friends are accepted according to their size. It consists of one bedroom with a double bed with the possibility of sleeping two other people on the sofa bed in the living room. An outdoor space with wooden deck, barbecue and a small artificial grass area will be perfect for your relaxing moments.

Located between Maharin Park and the pine forest of Chiberta, the Anglet beaches will be 5 min drive or 20/25 min walk away and accessible by bike through the forest. The duplex accommodation with a private garden of 30 m² is an outbuilding attached to the guest house. Easy street parking.

Bonjour, Le logement est relié à la fibre. Le logement que nous proposons est récent et attenant à notre maison. Il se situe à 15mn de l'océan, il accueille 2 adultes . Nous acceptons les petits chiens (nous consulter au préalable) qui s'entendent bien avec les chats. Les animaux ne doivent pas rester seuls dans le logement. Le logement est situé dans un village à l'orée du bois communal.
