Clean and very pleasant cottage, in a friendly setting for children (playground, horses nearby). Maybe there are a few extra small amenities (bowls, corkscrew, etc.).

We were very pleasantly welcomed by the host. Also a very clear explanation of all amenities. A nice cottage to stay with our company. We were with 6 adults and 3 small children. With a larger group, it had been a bit cramped, we think. The beautiful garden was a great plus! A very quiet area where we could immediately start walks. Too bad there was no playground nearby for the kids. Either we couldn't find it. All in all, very satisfied this week!

We visited the apartment with our three year old kid. The place is very easy to find and kid friendly. The kitchen is well equipped and the heating in the house is really good. The village is very quiet and there’s a hike trail to the hill right behind the house. Overall very nice experience and definitely worth the price.

Beautiful little get stay - clean, nice facilities and accompaniments.

Friendly setting for a weekend with friends. Outdoor verdayant in the heart of the marshes, quiet environment, petanque court, many games available, garden furniture available in number, easily accessible thanks to the chain bin. The inside equipment of the house is complete, nothing is missing. Only downside according to our departure criteria: the two monthly communicating bedrooms....no doors, it is a partial separation into two sleeping areas arranged in the mislee attic. Conclusion: place to recommend without hesitation.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The location was extremely peaceful (minus the odd squwak of the chickens!), and felt like a second home. Raymonde gave us a small tour of the house and garden when we arrived and answered any questions we had - she's also made a very handy guidebook on what to do around the area. Also, she made us some fresh homemade bread which was delicious. During our stay the weather was extremely hot (30C+), fortunately Raymonde provided us with a fan. The internet was good and fast, and there was a large collection of DVDs and books to read. Plus, her cats (and dog) are adorable! I'd say the only two thing that could be improved is the very squeaky metal bed, and the abundance of flies (although, it is a farm (and it was hot) so cannot really complain, we bought some fly spray to deal with them). Regardless, the massive pros outweigh the very minor cons, I'd recommend this cottage stay to any of my friends and family. 10/10 would stay again! Thank you.

Very pleasant stay, with an accommodation perfectly similar to the listing, clean and complete accommodation and perfectly calm to unwind! I highly recommend it!

Our hosts were extremely welcoming and helpfully spoke excellent English. The room and bathroom were immaculate and set in beautiful gardens overlooked by an historic Abbey. The use of the sauna was most welcome and we appreciated the delicious breakfast with home produced jam. We hope to be able to return.

Absolutely loved our stay here, so peaceful and everyone is respectful of the area. The host left our kids little snacks for when we arrived which was a lovely touch for them 👌🏼😊 Would recommend to everybody!

Small functional cottage with all the necessary equipment, this week was warm unfortunately the accommodation does not have air conditioning, very comfortable bedding. The site is to be shared with other listings but each has its own separate space with ample car parking. The pool is a nice place with small garden, trampoline, children's games. A downside to the maintenance of the pool, a little too chlorinated and certainly not sufficiently ventilated, which caused cough on the children but overall a pleasant place.

This is a wonderful place to stay! Our group of six adults felt completely at home in this beautiful house. It’s thoughtfully furnished and boasts a charming garden, complete with a stunning camellia which was in bloom on the patio during our visit. The property offers secure parking, protected by an electric sliding gate. A major perk is its convenient location—just a short 6-minute drive from the 4 Cantons Metro Station, which offers free parking in a multi-story. Luc was prompt and helpful when we reached out for assistance. Thank you!

Modern furnished house with everything you need. quiet area and an attentive hostess. Well located to do activities in both Belgium and France. Also a very good baker in the village. We'll be back.
