Vacation rentals with breakfast in Saint-Simon-de-Bordes

Jean-Pierre is a very attentive host! Always smiling, even on the phone, and very welcoming and helpful! We enjoyed the accommodation which was as described and as pictured, but we were unable to enjoy the pool as much as we would have liked, which is very nice, well maintained and clean. It's close enough to everything, St Palais, Royan and Palmyre are just minutes from Jean-Pierre's. Thank you Jean-Pierre for your hospitality and kindness, we will recommend your accommodation! Very nice accommodation, I have rarely had the opportunity to book such a clean accommodation (from the bedrooms to the bathrooms and the kitchen). Christelle responds quickly in exchanges before the rental and during the rental if necessary. We highly recommend this place and I keep it in my favorites, we will return without hesitation if the opportunity arises. We stayed there for a few days. The place was fantastic with many activities and a beautiful view. As our stay was in sunny weather we actually decided to stay in for a day, and it was definitely worth it. The place was clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and clean beddings and towels. The additional bathroom was a good help. The heated pool was a highlight. The foosball table, darts and board games were great additions; and the quiet surroundings complemented the experience nicely. Definitely recommended as a gataway, and we would definitely consider having another stay in the future.

Nice accommodation in the center of Saint-Julien. Perfect for a stay in the Bordeaux region. The apartment is very well-equipped and has everything you need for a stay. I can only recommend

The accommodation is very tastefully and fully furnished with good furniture, lots of books, art on the wall etc. Outside is a beautiful terrace with barbecue. A little further away is the lovely natural pool with seating. Adrian's estate (and Vicky) also consists of his own home, some beautiful old stables and other houses, a meadow with donkeys, an artist's studio and a vegetable garden. The whole is very charming, peaceful and in a green natural setting. Adrian himself (Vicky was in England) is very nice and the welcome was very warm with a chest of vegetables, fruits, homemade jam, etc. We had a wonderful week at Adrian's place as a family (6 adults and a baby) and we can highly recommend this accommodation.

great stay at Corinne's, the cottage is super clean and cozy in a beautiful complex (several cottages are on the same estate). Pool, super well-maintained garden, with animals, rabbits, goats, the children love it! there is indeed a adjoining cottage as said in the comments and you can hear a few steps but it did not pose any pb. corinne does not necessarily respond right away so you should not worry and park anywhere because the place seems huge but all the cottages belong! the main entrance is through the large black gate. The only minuscle that bothered me a little bit is that there is no salt, no pepper , no olive oil. Certainly it is a cottage but in the Airbnb listing the "basic amenities" point is checked which corresponds to these basic products. It didn't hope for us to have a very pleasant stay.

Lovely family home next to the beautiful gardens. 15 mins walk to the old town and local restaurants and cafe nearby. The host was very hospitable and helpful. Would definitely recommend for a family. It is a family home so important to be quiet and respectful after 10pm.

Excellent stay at Thierry's, who is very welcoming. The little touches are very nice (especially the chili con carne which was very good). Quiet and well located accommodation, it is easy to get to Bordeaux by bus.

Located in a great neighbourhood in the heart of the old district in Bordeaux. Tons of restaurants, cafes, and wine bars to choose from. Our host, Julie, was amazing full of wonderful tidbits of information to help choose the best places to drink and dine. Plus a bonus was Hermes, the most cuddly cat, he was a great little warming addition to the home!

I was really well received by Thierry. The room offered is spacious, as is the private bathroom. Thanks to Thierry for his responsiveness, and for the lovely person he is.

A very large room perfectly equipped, bright and well decorated, toilet and shower room nearby, private entrance, parking space in the property for the car and in the garage for the bikes, delicious breakfast with fresh bread, butter and homemade jams... what more could you ask for? But above all, a warm and friendly welcome from Françoise, who cares about the well-being of her guests. An excellent stopover!

Franck is a thoughtful and very responsive host. The accommodation is a small peaceful haven where it's good to live even for one night. A hearty breakfast is served by Franck at the desired time and on your terrace when the weather permits. Thank you Franck for your warm welcome. I recommend this little slice of heaven a few kilometers from the ocean. I will definitely stay again if the opportunity arises.

Great location and friendly host! It was my first time using Airbnb, but it was great!

This by far is one of the best AirBnb we have stayed in. It is more like a Bed & Breakfast, as Emmanuelle brings you fresh pastries, homemade jams and so much more every morning for breakfast. She was one of the most helpful and accommodating hosts, as well as came with recommendations for food and activities than trip advisor! Her place is spotless, has A/C (when most do not), and the house made us feel at home. Would definitely take the opportunity to stay here if you have the chance! The house is in walking distance to most restaurants and activities but is still residential enough so you do not hear the city noise.

Everything was so above and beyond any expectations. The room was built beautifully with all the details and amenities for a comfortable stay. Jose and Lorette took such great care of us thoughtout our stay. Breakfast each morning was a delight with Lorette making her own yogurt and jam to go along with a spread of fresh baked goods and fruits. Jose was kind enough to provide us with a wine tasting from his collection. This, and walking through the neighboring vineyards was the highlight of the trip. Cannot recommend enough! Also FYI, his wines are sold to a certain 2 star Michelin restaurant in Bordeaux!
