Family-friendly vacation rentals in Saint-Simon-de-Bordes

Myself and 7 friends spend 3 nights here and we had the most incredible stay. It is rare to book a unit where there are no bad bedrooms, but all 5 bedrooms in this unit were perfection! Comfortable beds, strong air conditioning, and full private bathrooms in each bedroom. The kitchen and living room spaces were equally as great, and the hot tub was the cherry on top! We also loved the location right next to the park and walking distance from all the city's main attractions.

Stephane and Sylvie were amazing hosts. They gave us great local recommendations, organised a personal winery tour for us and booked in a massage. The location is beautiful, peaceful setting and the pool was fantastic. We booked to have breakfast one morning - it was stunning. Beautiful presentation and lovely food. We highly recommend staying here - truley relaxing.

We had a fantastic weekend! This loft is a haven of peace. It is spacious, modern and decorated with taste. We loved enjoying the hot tub, a real moment of relaxation. Olivier and that woman were very responsive and super kind. Frankly, no complaints, I recommend it.

We had a great weekend with friends at Roz's. The house is very beautiful, clean, spacious. Everything is provided (bed linen, towels, etc.). Small touches were waiting for us, it's a plus that we really appreciated. The many activities available on site occupied us well, we did not leave the weekend house: pool, jacuzzi, billiards, ping pong, darts, etc. Small dedication to Bob who welcomed us very warmly!

Excellent stay at Sophie's, the accommodation is ideal for a couple, there is everything like at home. Very quiet environment, and the restaurant recommended by Sophie was excellent.

Words cannot describe how peaceful and relaxing our stay was at Patrice’s home. Our dogs absolutely loved the big backyard and my husband and I loved being in such a cozy and comfortable home. Very good stay at Myriam's, quiet and relaxing place, close to shops and places to visit. Air-conditioned house is nice especially on very hot days. Our Bernese Bouvier dog was happy to be able to frolic. Myriam is very nice. I recommend it.

Excellent stay at this peaceful, well-equipped and well-decorated place! The hosts are very friendly and responsive! Heated and clean pool! Excellent location: just steps from Lake Lacanau! Recommended without so much as a second thought!

We had a fantastic week at La Gigon, so peaceful and relaxing, it had all we needed and more. Our 3 kids (6-9 years) had a ball in the pool and using all the games room had to offer. Judy was friendly and easy to communicate with and Jackie her property manager was welcoming and lovely. I highly recommend La Gigon and would love to return in the future.

The riverside accommodation is magical, the hosts are great and on the ball, we had a great (but too short) time.

Our stay went very well, the hosts were very responsive before our stay to give us all the information we needed. The house is tastefully decorated, the place is quite suitable for a large group, the bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms numerous. The outdoor space is very nice with a breathtaking view, and the environment is quiet. The kind of place you quickly want to return to when you leave.

The cottage has a large terrace and huge garden, there's ample parking space which we used for a BBQ for my local friends. Marie, also knowing these people joined us, a very agreeable evening. The place is very convenient for me when I come down to visit these friends, who are from the UK but lived in France for many years. I can easily walk into the village and enjoy an evening with them without worrying about having a little too much wine. The accommodation is very large, very well equipped, good WIFI, I was able to use my laptop to stay informed and listen to Classic FMM when I wished. All in all a very enjoyable stay and I will be coming down again, circumstances permitting, always an issue for octogenarians.
