This place is perfect, the hosts are very communicative, they paid great attention to my friend who came with his two small dogs. The accommodation is perfect, go there with your eyes closed. We had a pleasant weekend at Philippe's. The location of the house is ideal, everything can be done on foot or by bike. House in a quiet neighborhood Ideal for 8 adults and 2 children. The apartment is really exceptional and the view is a dream. Communication was super friendly and Kate and her husband are very nice people! There is therefore a personal handover of the keys. The kitchen is above average well equipped. Unfortunately, we didn't have much luck with the weather. You should consider this before booking, otherwise you will not be able to use the beautiful terrace due to wind and rain. All in all, we liked it very much 🍀

Excellent family stay at Nicolas's in a secure residence overlooking Valentin beach near the Presqu'île du Croisic and its wild coast.
