Our apartment is perfectly situated in Petit Maroc, the oldest neighbourhood in Saint Nazaire. From the living room, you can watch the canal lock in operation and the boats (boat movements). You can get to all the tourist attractions of the city, the beach and heart of the city, Place du Commando, on foot or by bike. With a surface area of 40m², the kitchen area faces east, on the garden side and the living room and bedroom face west, with a clear view of the sea and the setting sun.

Residential area with pretty facades, facing the waterfront promenade, the Saint-Nazaire bridge near the fisheries. How can you not fall in love with such a place? On the 2nd floor of a small building with only 3 apartments. This apartment will charm you. Very nice living room facing the sea with modern kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one with sea view, shower room, toilet. Very bright.

Superb apartment 300 m from the beach and the port

The "Pacifique 1" apartment is ideally located 300 m from the beach and Place du Commando (esplanade with bars and restaurants), 300 m from the port and the submarine base, 300 m from the Ruban Bleu shopping center, the cinema and the Carrefour Market supermarket. The apartment is a large fully renovated 29 m² studio with a sleeping area with double bed, a large shower room with toilet, a new well-equipped kitchen. The apartment, located on the 1st floor, is very bright.

Le Pigeonnier (media library area, quiet): renovated 1936 building. On the ground floor, the living room/kitchen/WC is bright and overlooks our garden protected from view by a banana tree and Provence canes. Upstairs, the bedroom/bathroom overlooks a roof terrace to enjoy the calm of the neighborhood, located in the heart of the city gardens. This unusual and charming habitat invites you to relax and rest. It has a separate entrance. (10 min walk to shops, seafront)
